It’s a custom window and they got the price down. It was going to be over $2000 if it was done the way it was before because it was one of those real expensive types of windows. We moved here and it was all crackled and stuff. They said that it was supposed to be that way. It was just cracked all over. They fixed it and it was wonderful. They put a double paint in there instead of the wood things on the outside. They put the grids on the inside of the glass. They were able to bring the price way down to where I could afford to replace it. They said that I did not need the special glass like it had before. They were wonderful to me. It took me months dealing with the house and it was my problem, but they were still patient with me. They sent the guys out who were really good. They work with one on the price if they can’t afford the glass because glass is expensive. They worked with me on making sure that I had the best possible window for the lowest possible price. I’m very happy with it. It looks great and good enough. Some of the glasses in this house are still single plane and when I can afford it I’m going to fix those so I would use them again in the future.

True View was able to arrange for a replacement on the same day we called. We were given an arrival time of 1-4 pm. The technician arrive well within that time frame. He was courteous and efficient, replacing the window within a half hour. True View followed up the next day to see how things went. I asked for an invoice for insurance and one was sent to me over email. Given the unpleasantness of the circumstances, we were especially happy with the quality and promptness of the service provided.

Went fine, although it took a little longer to get the job done as the glass needed to be ordered. The tech was friendly and efficient once he got here to install the glass.

They were fantastic from top to bottom. I was in Phoenix when there was a big hailstorm and so, there was a lot of hail damage. That’s when the windows broke. They were actually pretty busy at that time, but they were super responsive, gave me a quote, they were out the next day and fixed all the windows. They took the coupon that I had. The price came up to $450. I don’t do price shopping and I go with the highly rated people online. So, I felt like I got my money’s worth. I would definitely use their services in the future too. In fact, they would be the first ones I would call.

The pricing was fair and competitive. There were guys that quoted, guys that ran the operation, and guys that did the work. The guys that quoted were really nice and professional in their approach. They kept forgetting to put windows in their quote. When they came and did the work, the guys were all great. They did a great job, but they left some marks on the walls.

I called True View ~12/16/10. I was quoted an estimate over the phone which I used to compare to other providers. Based on Angie's reviews for all providers, I chose True View to replace my window (their's was the lowest bid and their ratings compared to all other providers). The measurement was done on 12/28/10 and the window installed on 1/5/11. There were no surprises. Work was good and done in a timely manner. The same individual came to measure and install. A follow-up call was made the next day to inquire about my experience. I suggested they do a bit better job of staying within the 4 hour time allotment. The installer was 1.5 hrs late on the install appt. The office was very good about calling with his tentative arrival time, but this might be a huge issue for someone who works or cannot be home for blocks of time.

Unresponsive.

Went very well. He had to return for a second visit because he didn't have the rollers on hand. He came back within a week and recommended to use a silicon based lubricant spray to keep the track clean and moving well.

They gave me an estimate on the phone and arrived on time and completed the job as promised.

After having a few co's come and give estimates we chose True View based on: the Milgard products, quality rating of True View and very competitive pricing. Although we contracted around August 2009, we chose to delay the installation until early October 2009. This type of delay was not typical for True View since they have to "warehouse" the windows/doors until the later installation date. They were very accomodating to our request. The installation crew did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. The vinyl sliding glass door was ordered with a second locking system (top/bottom pins) and the installer was unsure due to our doggie-door panel, so they arranged to have a Milgard person come out within a week to complete it. We would definitely use True View again and have already referred them to a friend looking to replace windows.

Very well. They provided an initial phone estimate that was slightly higher, but comparable to the other companies I called. They were very good about calling me back and keeping me informed. They showed up on time for the estimate and the actual work. The installer worked efficiently and the quality was good. We also had shutters which they told us we'd need to remove ahead of time, and they recommended a company for that. He also showed up on time (Shutter Renovations) and the two companies coordinated their response and showed up side by side at our door. The quality for that work was also excellent.

I called, they came for an estimate, I told them it was difficult for me to schedule another time for them to come to make the repair, they offered to do it from the outside and I wouldn't have to be here. I came home after work the day that they replaced the window, and it was done and no trace of them having been here was evident.

The work was excellent, but it took 3 tries to make the sliding screen door fit properly. I did not obtain other bids because other customers on Angies list indicated their pricing was competitive. Also the office rep ensured me their price was comparable with others. After committing to the work, the price seemed a bit high so I called two other companies. I discovered that True View was approximately 25% higher than others. I called the office. The rep said that they will price match but it was too late as an amount was already agreed upon. After more discussion the rep gave me a $25 off coupon. Their work is very good but if you use them, get other bids first so you will not over pay.

The price was good. They did exactly what they said they were going to do, they were reliable, punctual, they told us how long it would take and they were right. They were courteous and there were no surprises. They knew what they were doing and they were professional. You could tell they knew what they were doing, they were fast and efficient. I would recommend them, we are really happy with the windows.

I was given an estimate over the phone which was at least $50 less than competitors. They came out to measure the table top when they said they would. The called ahead of time to let us know they were on their way. They delivered the product in a timely manner.

They were excellent. They were right on time and right on the price. The person who came out was very professional and did a great job. We can?t even tell that there was anything wrong with the window.

Everything was fine. No problems. Workers came when they said they would. Nothing unexpected.

We called True View, and were able to get someone out within 48 hours. (Because the inner pane of the window had not been broken, we did not require immediate, emergency service on the window.) The representative arrived at the scheduled time, quickly took measurements and gave us a price quote. Because the window pane would have to be custom-built, we were told it would take up to two weeks for the replacement window to arrive, which was not a major issue for us. We received a call 9 or 10 days later that the window was ready, and a time was scheduled for the new window to be installed. Once again, the technician arrived right on time, and did the work quickly. Overall, we were very happy with the experience, especially since we had called three other companies before True View; two quoted us MUCH higher rates, and the third company couldn't get to us for over a week.

It was a regular window that had broken since my dog went through it. They were great and showed up on time. I wanted someone to come out right away since it was the front window. So they came out the same day and did everything. They did what they said they were going to do and it was great. The quality of their work was very good. I would use their services in the future too.

First things first. Though I initially contacted JC's Glass, the technician (Greg) who took measurements on 4/21 was wearing a True View T-shirt. I assumed at the time that JC's Glass was sub-contracting. When Greg returned for installation today (4/28) in a JC's Glass truck, again wearing a True View T-shirt, I learned that True View apparently has bought out JC's Glass. Since both companies are top-rated on Angie's List, I'll let you folks determine if I've submitted the report to the correct pew! Back to the job itself. I was given an arrival "window" for the measurement job on 4/21 of 10am-->1 pm. Greg arrived on schedule about 1145 -- neat, affable, ready to go to work. Took measurements a couple of times for accuracy and gave me a quick demo on the advantages of safety glass -- I had about 6 inches of fragments in a nearby garbage can! Wrote up the $200 deposit ticket and briefed me on the likely delivery schedule for the replacement glass. The installation "window" for today was 7-->10 am. I received a call about 8 am from the office, advising that the technician was about a half-hour away. Greg arrived about 8:35 am and went to work, first spreading a large rubber mat on the patio to catch any glass fragments that might drop as he removed the door, then lugging the door out to his truck for disassembly and repair. Both the broken glass pane frame and the intact second pane were removed, and two replacement Bronze-E tinted glass panes/frames installed. The door was reassembled, lugged back and reinstalled. Greg made a couple of adjustments to the door to ensure plumb to the door frame and free-rolling, and then cleaned the glass. Wrote up the ticket for the balance due, chatted a couple of minutes and then he left. I later checked the street in front and Greg had picked up the few odds and ends that had dropped during repair of the door. It's always a pleasure to have an outfit do what was agreed to, when it was supposed to, at a reasonable price and to do it well. It's a real bonus to have both a professional and pleasant technician like Greg performing the work. Thanks!
