They are good at trimming trees. Willing to climb them as necessary.

They removed a tree on my property and they dropped part of the tree and caused damages to my roof. If they fix my roof I would recommend them.

They came out - gave me a free quote, completed the work in a timely manner, they were courteous and cleaned up well at the end of the project. Thank you

They were a no show for three different times. I had to keep calling them to get them to come. They cut the tree down but left the stump and covered it up with a mound of dirt. I did not discover until a couple of days later.

Tree Monkeys were quick to respond and truley have great knowledge of local tree needs. They got my queen palms back into healthy condition which is a first for these trees!

They don’t do the prettiest job in the world but my tree was very bad so it might be a product of that and I need it cut way down. They are quick, they clean up after themselves and for the money you really can’t beat them at all. Believe me I looked and have gone through a number of landscapers and tree experts and they didn’t really do a good job or what was asked or not reliable to come when scheduled. As long as your not expecting hedges formed into shapes of animals then you will be happy with the work and price!

Great work and honest company. We called them Friday morning and they came out Friday late afternoon to remove a huge 20yr old tree. Then they returned the next morning with a machine to remove the stump. Highly recommended!!

Made an appointment as they were the first ones to call me back but they never showed up. Very hard to get a hold of them but once they finally came they did a great job.

They broke my hose in backyard and never said anything. I found out when I turned it on couple days later. Hose is ruined and stripped.

These guys were great, they arrived early, trimmed my palms and cleaned up all within 20 minutes. My palms look amazing. My neighbor came over to see if they could do his palm too and they were able to do it right then. He also hired them to come back and trim another tree in his yard. thank you so much for the great service. We will definitely call them again when we need our trees trimmed.

I hired Tree Monkeys to remove a large tree stump in my backyard. Although I couldn't meet the Tree Monkey rep in person, I directed him over the phone to the stump. Later in the day, his worker removed a smaller stump on the other side of the yard so they had to return to remove the correct stump. I also told the first rep to ensure my yard's gates were closed so that my dogs wouldn't escape. He didn't heed my warning to close the gate and both my dogs escaped. He ignored my neighbor when she told him that my dogs had escaped and drove off. Luckily that neighbor caught my dogs and returned them quickly. A month later I tried hiring Tree Monkeys again to trim palm trees and to give them another chance. They gave me a quote and then never showed for our scheduled appointment. This company is unreliable and unpredictable. I would not recommend them.

They were willing to come out the next day and trimmed my one palm tree. Took about 30 minutes. They hauled the branches away and raked up the scraps. They fished out the larger pieces of tree from my pool and were careful about branches falling on our cactus.
