The only reason I gave them an overall 4.5 stars is due to they had scheduled an appointment for the project for 7:00 am, no one showed, so at 8:00 am I called, was told they were on the way, at 9:00 a crew showed up. Plus, when I was given a bid on the project, I explained what was wanted, then, the crew seemed not to know what had been discussed, requiring another explanation.

Jose and his crew from Tree monkey cut down my mexican palm trees and did the stump grinding. I am happy with their service. They showed up on time; they had to return another day to complete the work but they kept us informed along the way.

I had them remove 2 trees. They were very quick to schedule my service and gave me a fair bid. They did a great job with removals and did a great job cleaning up afterwards.

They are reasonably priced. But you have to manage the work very carefully. Tree Monkeys are unreliable both on time commitments and on completion of work as agreed.

These guys were great. They gave me a very reasonable quote the same day I made the request on Home Advisor. To make things even better, they were available to begin the work that same day and everything was finished satisfactorily and in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Clear communication is key. We had some problems with communication and expectations but the final product was good. If you hire, be sure they understand what you need from them and how the process will go. They started work before authorized and wanted payment different from agreement, although we were satisfied with the work.

I had no other quotes so I can't compare their price ... but they were prompt, friendly, polite, worked quickly, cleaned-up ... respected my tree, and I'm hoping their trimming and pampering will help it get healthy and continue to thrive.

Joe and the Tree Monkeys were great. They came at about 8 and were done around 10. They cleaned up everything and the tree looks great. I will certainly call them again.

We also had them trim another tree. Was not pleased with the trimming.

They were able to complete the work the same day as the quote so that was nice! They did a great job. I would definitely hire them again :-)

They were prompt, trimmed the palms, cleaned up the fronds, and hauled the trimmings away.

Great response time and excellent value. Just realize that you get what you paid for in that removal of 2 trees was down to the ground with a stump left level with the ground. I expected this so was fine with the service. Would use them again for sure.
