Taylor H Plumbing

Taylor quickly assessed what needed to be done and which parts would be needed to complete the job. He replaced the old, leaky faucet with a new, shiny one in less than 30 minutes. We are very pleased with his work and will be hiring him again.

Taylor, owner of Taylor H Plumbing, was extremely professional to work with. He returned my initial call for service promptly, scheduled a date and time for service, and provided an estimate for the cost for service. Taylor arrived at the committed time. He connected the faucets considering exactly where I wanted them located within the wiggle room of the holes cut by the countertop installer. Taylor made a suggestion for a more efficient location for the RO system under the sink and made connections/piping to accommodate the move, which made sense and gives me more useable space. He also double checked that everything worked properly and was not leaking before leaving. I recalled I needed the drain stops to both sinks in the master bath fixed and asked if he had time in his schedule to fix them. He did. We were able to get parts and take care of the unanticipated work quickly and efficiently. Taylor was also gracious enough to work through fumes from coating spray. I thought a coating was to be brushed on and not sprayed on. The spraying started shortly after Taylor arrived. Had I known, I would not have scheduled anyone else to be in the house and exposed to the harsh fumes for which the workers wore ventilation masks. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and quality of work. The actual price was reasonable and as expected. I highly recommend Taylor H Plumbing and would definitely use again. I have already given his business card to two neighbors.
