We?ve proudly served the Valley for 19 years and have built long-standing relationships with many of our subcontractors?most of whom have worked with us for over five years. This consistency allows us to maintain a high level of workmanship and service. As outlined in our contract, some dust is to be expected during installation, particularly with prefabricated countertops, which offer the benefit of a faster turnaround. That said, certain fabrication steps are sometimes best completed on-site to ensure a proper fit?an approach that, while not ideal in condo settings, is occasionally necessary. We always do our best to minimize disruption and regret any inconvenience this may have caused you or your neighbors. Regarding the project timeline, it?s unfortunate that our installer experienced a family emergency and needed to bring his son to the job site. As a result, he was unable to complete all finishings but he did ensure that your kitchen was countertop ready so that countertops were not delayed. Outside of weekends, our operations team quickly worked with you to prioritize the remaining finishings needed, which you helped identify and later had the opportunity to sign off on during our final visit of March 28th. During that final visit, we also provided approximately 20 hinge restrictors at no cost as a courtesy to ensure your satisfaction. We?re continually working to improve our communication and follow-up processes, and your feedback is truly valuable in helping us do so. "I am sorry for the miscommunication. We weren't able to communicate effectively between you and your mother and our sales staff. We made many changes to the design, layout and color. I am sure in between all the changes things didn't reach all the parties. We have made changes to work with homeowners to better communicate between all parties. We do apologize to provide additional COVID discount at the time. Manufacture suffered death and closures, plus our company lost installer during the process, we did our absolute best and provided you the maximum discount possible. We made sure your kitchen was functional based on our set installation dates, and all delays were on warranty parts/service parts. Your countertop was installed a day after your cabinet installation.
