Both Isaac Jr and Sr are interesting people with old fashioned values and they were willing to work with me on my flat roof problem and anxious to go the extra mile to seal the deal. Their roofing team did a professional job in a short amount of time and I was so impressed that I contracted for new gutters the following day. Again, the team dispatched were professional, courteous and very accommodating. The price was the best I received and I felt quite confident as I watched the work being done. Unbelievably quick turn around time on both projects!

I am a commercial contractor myself and frankly, I rarely recommend other contractors because it puts my reputation on the line. I hired the father son team of Isaac and Isaac to repair extensive roof and gutter damage caused by fallen trees. They responded same day, we agreed on price and they were able to start the very next day. They workmen were polite . professional and respectful and literally worked that day until it was too dark to see. They were able to wrap up everything the next day before a rainstorm approached. After I had paid them in full, I noticed something that wasn't right, clearly an honest mistake, but not done correctly. I called Isaac, and with no hemming or hawing or excuses, his immediate response was " If you're not happy, we not done. We'll be out first thing in the morning and make right whatever your concern is". They did precisely that, having to remove and trash some of the finishes they had just recently installed to make the repair, then install again, all at their expense with no hesitancy. These guys clearly take pride in their work and value their reputation.

Isaac was VERY responsive to our emergency situation, and even came out to estimate the job the same day. Work was completed the very next day, just in time for a big rainstorm. Isaac saved the day.

I didn't appreciate the hard sell for gutters in the front of the house by the father after work was completed. I'll certainly consider it for the future but I was only concentrated on immediate repairs after the storm.

isaac cane within and hour of speaking with him to deal with the roof leak. He replaced the entire (large - three layer of shingles) the next day, including four rotted pieces of sheathing. He installed a ridge vent to reduce the likelihood of further rotting. He also removed a large roof antenna at no extra charge. Two rainstorms with a dry interior speak to the quality of the job.

They were very prompt, accurate and clean.

Paid more for less. I liked the idea of the father/son team so I went with them but in the end it was just day laborers who did the work. "After" the repair the older man tried to hard sell a chimney reseal. I paid way too much... for the work done. Live and learn I guess. Only a 90 day warranty to boot.

Excellent service. Quality work. Clean up after the work is done. Always on time. They're very courteous. When you ask them to check on something they have a positive response.

Mr. Holden services that was provided to me for my roof was beyond excellent his team was excellent his preparation his payment portal payment all the cost was excellent. I would recommend his services and talent to anyone of my friends and family. For me being a contractor myself in the construction field I feel that The service and the workmanship that was done was excellent I cannot express that anymore words can't explain
