I've used them twice and I like that it's easy to make an appointment with them online and they're all over the place. I would probably work with someone with only one owner and is local. They did a very good job and very efficient.

They did a great job, but it was a lot more than I wanted to spend.  Tile still looks good though.  Family room carpeting a different story - the spots are back.  Would use them again for tile (but according to the technicial I should be good for 10 years!).  Carpet cleaning probably not.

For many, many years, I've used Steemer and I always had very good results but the last 2 times I've used them, I had to call them back a second time. I think they send certain people based on area. I think this is not somebody's fault. Everybody that the company sends out is Middle Eastern which is okay but it's kind of odd that all of a sudden all the workers are Middle Eastern. I think it's a change of management. It's something different. We used to get better carpet cleaning with Stanley Steemer and they were wonderful. They have really not done a good job now. I think they are competitive with price. They respond well and their punctuality is good. I will not use them again. It's very hard to find people who do a good job with carpets and I had gone with Stanley Steemer for years because they were good.

They were here promptly and courteous. I had a couple of items that they needed to move but they were ok doing so. I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet but they really were able to give my carpet a little more life. The office followed up with me as well which I thought was good customer service.

I like the fact that they use steam and not chemicals. I would use them again.

They've always been polite and they tell me their names when they come in. They do a good job. I've been using them for fifteen years.

I've always been happy with their work. They not only clean my grout, but they also stain it to get it back to its original color. I think they are a good company, and I've enjoyed working with them.
