Spoiled Homes Cleaning Service LLC

Do NOT use this company. Most horrible service. The advertisement was for two ladies for two hours and I was told through email that I would have two people at my house for two hours. My cameras only caught one person going in so I emailed Maria and asked if I was correct and only seeing one person going in my house and she responded yes that the other lady had called out because she needed to go and get her kid. So my question is was she ever going to tell me that that happened. She guaranteed that she would make sure that my house was clean and that she would stay the extra time to make sure it was perfect. I got home and to my dismay I would have to say it was probably the worst cleaning I have ever seen. Right when I walked in I could see that my floors were still dirty and I don’t even know if there was a vacuum ran over my floors and I went upstairs to check and the bathroom had streaks all over the mirrors, one of my nightstands was not dusted, I had hair on my sink, there was stuff in my toilet, she had left some of her cleaning supplies around my house, and etc. I emailed Maria to let her know that she did a very bad job and instead of being a professional about it she decided to email me back and this is what she said. ”Hey Rebekah!  You're the first person who has ever said I did A Horrible Job!!! You're entitled to your opinion! Sorry you feel the way you do.. the stuff in the toilet was from your toilet brush... the mirrors are not dirty, I continuously wiped them and the streak would not come out,  I did not vacuum I swept.. and I left my cleaner...ok.. use it! You can definitely contact Groupon and complain to them about how dirty your house was and how unappreciative you were that even though I am Human and make mistakes, still took time out of my day to schedule you in! Clean your own house and you won't have to depend on anyone else to do the job! God Bless! Basically as you can see this lady is very unprofessional and handles her business in a very unprofessional manner. She does not and is not upfront and does not take pride in her work. Use at your own risk. She is basically calling me a liar but what or why would I want to lie. I have better things to do and I am the one who paid for services. She will be reported the BBB as well.
