We are very happy. Mr Cupi showed up on time as scheduled. For both the bid appointment and the installation. He was clean, in a uniform, knowledgeable, courteous, thorough and meticulous. Very respectful of us and our home. Left our home clean, removed all packaging and old parts, used shoe covers to respect our no shoe option. (He may always do so I am not sure, but its nice.) He checked for leaks and water pressure flow several times. (Thanks Mr Cupi no one wants wet cupboards.) Showed us how to use the included plastic wrench to take off the aerators for cleaning. Well done. We recommend him and think you will like him too.

Simon was wonderful. He came out within an hour of our emergency call and spent 2 hours assessing the problem, explaining it and then resolving it. His pricing was very fair. He was so nice to work with. I would definitely recommend him to everyone.

He did a very thorough job to make sure clog was cleared and made sure we were 100% satisfied with his services. He left everything spotless and offered us great advice to prevent future issues. Sometimes, issues come out of no where and are almost always guaranteed when doing a kitchen remodel. When lowering my two-tiered breakfast bar to one level, my countertop guy mentioned that I need a plumber to reroute my water line. Without hesitation, I immediately sent a text to Simon and he called me within two minutes to address my needs. He was at my house within two hours and got the job done fast. This is my second time using Simon. He is efficient, trustworthy and charges reasonably. I am definitely using Simon in the future for all of my plumbing needs!

Excellent. Simon showed up promptly, was professional and had a professional appearance and demeanor. He offered me a guarantee on workmanship and parts, and advised as to next steps to prevent other unexpected problems. The service was prompt and good. He was able to identify my problem. His business will surely grow. He may not have a separate business and personal phone line so don't be too swayed if he answers the phone with an informal "hello".

Our water heater started leaking on Saturday. Simon said he would come check it out for us same day for free. He noted that the water heater was broken and drained it for us. He was also able to get us a new water heater same day. We were impressed that he was able to rush the work for us on a weekend without charging extra. He let our young son watch him work because he is interested in that kind of stuff. We could tell that he cares about doing quality work. We would also like to add that Simon is very honest. I had pulled out the money for the water heater but then paid check for the additional stuff we asked him to do. I accidentally made the check out for the total amount. He called to let me know and schedule a time to switch out for a check for the proper amount. Also, he threw in some of the additional work for free. Simon is a good person that works hard to treat his customers well.

I wanted to consult with a plumber about a toilet drain that I thought might be partially blocked. I also had been wanting to replace the old angle stops (shut-off valves) for three sinks and one toilet due to the knobs being stuck (or in the case of one, broken off) after decades of hard water deposits and corrosion. I found Simon's Plumbing on Angie's List and called Simon to look at the toilet situation. He was actually available right away, although I asked him to come later at 1:00 pm which he gladly did, arriving on time. After several minutes he determined the drain line did not have a problem. I was not charged for this. I then asked him for a quote on replacing the seven angle stops and flex lines. His cost and the amount of time he said it would take were significantly lower than what another plumber had quoted me a few months earlier. He explained the good quality of the parts he would be using and how he would be installing new compression rings as well (which he said some plumbers neglect to do). He had all the parts he needed in his van so I asked him to do the work right then. He completed the job in less than two hours, and it was done well (see photo of one of them). I found Simon to be professional and have integrity. I will be calling him again any time I need a plumber!

I called Simon's Plumbing in the morning and he was able to do the repair just a few hours later. Simon showed up on time, sweated the existed spigot/adapter off, and installed a threaded connector and hose spigot. I'm a DIYer as much as I can be and Simon was gracious enough to explain the replacement as he was doing it and answered my questions - always nice to learn from a craftsman. I have his magnetic business card and I plan to use Simon's Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

Called Simon and he came right out to our house within 20 minutes. He gave us a quote, which we thought was reasonable AND he performed the work right there and then. Simon was done within the hour. Completely satisfied. Would definitely recommend PS: the work was done just two hours ago and looks like it will hold up for a long time.
