Sexton Pest Control

Tom was remarkably knowledgeable and used a safe formula to eliminate the bee colony, soapy water.  He also thoroughly explained what he did and why he chose the pest elimination option he did.  He explained how the bees start a colony and the stage they were at when he eliminated them.  When I asked about contracts, he went over my options and encouraged me to consider my needs and call the sales office when I was ready to sign up.

Sexton's closest bee pest controller was on another job, and Tom drove all the way from Gilbert to eliminate my bee colony.  I really appreciate Sexton's customer service to me by finding someone who could eliminate the hive that day before it got any bigger, and before the bees began making honey.  The bees had arrived sometime late Saturday or early Sunday and were already building the hive....so time was of the essence before a colony became entrenched and difficult to remove. 

I'm still watching for any further signs of activity, as he advised, and he assured me he'll come out if the bees aren't completely gone by Friday, after explaining that worker bees foraging may return and buzz around the old hive a bit before completely abandoning the site.  Interestingly, he said the bee bodies make a good mulch! I learned a lot from Tom!

We have a certain kind of a house that has got a thing were they can inject the pesticide inside the house, so we never have to be home and that has worked out really good.  I haven’t had any impact so I would recommend them.  The job has to be prompt for that kind of thing.  They come out every two months, and I pay $25 a month.  We never had scorpions and we don’t have anything here.   Mostly it is crickets, spiders and that kind of things.  I never had any problems with Sexton pest control.  I never called them out, and we are rarely here when they come.  We have lived here for 3 and half years and we have used them for quite a while.

The guy who came here was so nice. They are able to do what we wanted done. We did not want all of the chemicals in the house. They are able to do the job and got it done. It worked well.  We have used them before and will use them again.

They are thorough.  If the problem is not solved, they will come back free until they get the problem solved.  If I need to, I would use them again in the future.

I am on an annual contract with them. The previous owners used them and they mentioned that they had done a really good job so that is why I chose them. I do not have any problems with pests so this company must be good. They let me know in advance when they are coming and the quality of their service has been good. They are prompt and I will use them again in the future.

They were excellent.  They were prompt and their prices were reasonable.  Their workers were sociable and didn't do a hard sell on me for additional services.

They do a fine job. They charge me on a quarterly basis. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

I have a contract with them. I paid them an annual fee; there was a discount on the fee. I think the price comes down to about $50 a month, but I am not sure anymore. It is hard to tell how their price is because I don’t have anything to go by. It is not the kind of company where I can go and get bids or something; basically, I have signed up for a year to see how they do. I would recommend them to others based on my experience so far, but it is hard to tell because I have had them for about three months, and I won’t know how they are until I have a problem. So far, it has all been good, and I have not had any problem and have not been disappointed by anything. As things stand now, I would continue to use them in the future.

They are my current service providers for pest control.  They’re pretty favorable in terms of price.  Their quality of service was excellent.  They’re excellent on everything.

I was very happy with the way everything turned out with Sextons Pest control. I have two dogs and they are doing just fine with the chemicals being around. The crew is very professional and friendly. They are always on time to the job as well. I will continue to use this company in the future.

Sexton came out and did the inspection and made their recommendations.  All work was completed and as agreed and on time.  

They are outstanding. We have the same service tech every time and he gives us feedback. They do not need to, but they call and let you know when your tech is going to come out.

The price seemed reasonable and they were able to send a crew treat the house within about a week. The crew arrived on the early end of the four hour window and finished in about two and a half hours. They treated about 300 linear feet around the slab. I checked the Termidor label application instructions which indicated they should apply four gallons per ten feet (about 120 gallons per 300 feet) - I watched the levels on their tank and it appeared they applied about the perfect amount. The only thing I should mention is that I had to challenge them on the trench depth. Initially it was only about 2-3 inches deep and it needed to be 6 inches - they dug it deeper - said the guy digging was new - so, all ended well. It is possible that when the experienced guy saw the trench he may have fixed it without me saying anything but I'm glad I did my research and was prepared. They did a good job of covering the trench and cleanup. They provided a four year warranty.

I went ahead with them because they came up with the best price as per our HOA. They are very reliable and my HOA likes them very much.

They are timely and courteous. We were gone for a while and they came and took care of some ants that had showed up. They are very professional. They came out two extra times and did not charge us.

They have a salesperson and a technician that come out. The salesperson was really helpful and knowledgeable. We had checked around for other bids and they were all pretty close in price, but this company had the longest or best guarantee on the work. The technician showed up on time and he had to go around the whole house and the garage. He did a good job of putting everything back where it belonged.

They've always done a great job. The price is per month.

They come when they are scheduled. They provide good value for the pest tubes and for exterior service. You can even make payments on line with them. The approximate cost listed is for service every two months. I will continue to use them for future service.

Sexton was friendly, professional, and arrived on schedule. The man was knowledgeable, clean cut, and very thorough. The service actually covered more than I expected and I was completely pleased.

Sexton Termite Control did the most thorough inspection out of all the companies that we had come out. They are very good. They quoted the best price of any of the companies. They called the required government agency to find out exactly how and where the house was treated before. I was so impressed by their quality that I purchased a yearly service contract with them.

I am very happy with them and that s why I ve used them for almost 2 years and I ve never had any complaints about them. They re very professional and polite and they always do what they re supposed to do. Their prices are great too.
