They did a great job of opening up two palo breas that were severely overgrown and thinning several other trees. They brought in a crane to lift out a fairly large mesquite that needed to be removed. That went well, but removing that tree was a huge part of the total cost. Their cleanup was first-rate. Overall, this is a very professional business that really knows trees and takes good care of the customer.

Much appreciated. Trees are a big investment and add such value to the home -- I would not use any other tree service. Expensive, but it is a big job and it is done right, so there you go.

John Eisenhower provided the estimate and was thorough and helpful in discussing all trees on the property. He was on-time and very courteous. We agreed to trim the palms now and wait on the citrus and mulberry trees for a more appropriate time. He provided 2 quotes, one for each job. I agreed to proceed with the Palm trimming and his crew was available within 2 weeks. The crew did a great job. They showed up on time with 4 members (David E., David M. Marcos and Brad). Crew chief David E. was professional and helpful. A few days before the crew showed up, a small fan palm had fallen over. David E. agree to remove it at no extra cost. All work was completed in about 2 hours and the crew cleaned up after themselves well. Although you can find many tree trimmers (particularly for palm trees) that will quote a lower cost, I believe the cheapest quote is not necessarily the best quote. I highly recommend Integrity Tree Service based on their stability and service history, their professionalism and the experience I've now had.

We've used Integrity before for a major tree trimming and removal and were very pleased with their responsiveness and the professionalism of the crew. This time we got an extra discount because they also did our neighbor's trees the same day. Again, they arrived when they said they would and did a thorough job including the clean-up. We will continue to use them for all our tree care.

The initial meeting with Stephen Price, a certified arborist, went great; I had several questions about my trees and he took the time to answer all of them, offering expert advice. After the meeting, I felt confident that Integrity Tree Service would do a good job, so called to schedule the work date. On the scheduled date, Stephen met with the crew first to review the work to be completed. It was a very hot, muggy day, but the crew worked diligently from start to finish with a small break for lunch. I watched Jason and Mike as they swayed on Australian bottle tree limbs and maneuvered fragile jacaranda branches; it was obvious that they were professionals, but I was still concerned about their safety at times. Aaron worked nonstop clearing the trimmings, cleaning up (my yard and the neighboring yards), and assisting Jason and Mike as needed. I was very impressed with the crew's hard work and how well they got along with each other. They were friendly and respectful to me, and answered any questions I had during the process. Best of all, my trees look fantastic! The brace system on my ash tree is barely noticeable and the pruning resulted in improved shapes for all of the trees. I've used other tree service companies in the past, but never had such excellent results. I highly recommend Integrity Tree Service!

After the work was complete they called the office to see how much they should charge for the work. They originally told us that it would cost $800 and they charged my father $900 which he paid. I called in and I let them know the original estimate was $800 and they charged my dad $900. The receptionist said that they write all the estimates down by hand and it was her fault. I asked them if they were going to change their policy so this mistake doesn't occur in the future and she said that this is how they do things and they are not going to change.

All were polite and professional. All the trees were trimmed as described in the proposal. I trust them with my trees and will use them again.

Stephen was on time to give estimate, but failed to mentio nthat stump grinding is outsourced. A crew had to return to trim more of the sisso tree.

Man sent to do work did not know anything about details in contract. Did a rough trim & asked if okay. It wasn't. Had to tell him in detail how to trim the tree. Called & complained. He never returned my call.

This is my second time using them. They gave me an estimate and then scheduled the service. They were scheduling a few weeks out due to the fact that they were so busy, but there was no rush. They were able to get the part of the lemon tree that hangs over my neighbors fence and clean it all up nicely. It is the smallest I have ever seen it since I bought my house.

It looks two trios to finish the job. The first job was not completely as required. The company was late. The second time, they arrived on time and completed the job in a very good manner.

John Eisenhower came out to the house as scheduled to assess the job several weeks before the work was done. I know John through a volunteer gardening organization to which we both belonged and, also, have taken a number of tree pruning classes that John has taught. John is extremely knowledgeable and skilled as an arborist. He spent as much time as I needed to walk around our large yard and discuss the details of each tree I wanted pruned. Much to my surprise, we came upon a 2 year old willow acacia which had blown over in the corner of my yard. On the spot, John diagnosed the problem as root girdling and sawed it up so that we could easily dispose of it.. The day of the scheduled job, the men, Zane, the crew leader, David E., Victor and Andres arrived on time. The men were courteous and hardworking. I especially appreciated that they allowed me to point out areas in the trees that I wanted pruned and then did exactly what I requested. At the end of the job, they moved some of the shredded tree material to my backyard for composting. John was present for part of the morning and did an excellent job shaping my anacacho orchid tree and some small olive trees. It is now a month since the job was done and my trees look great. Integrity Tree Service is a first rate operation and I would encourage anyone who is concerned about the long term health and appearance of their trees to use this company.
