Excellent. Crew of David M, Matt, and Victor were professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in their work. David took the time to educate me on how to keep the tree healthy and in good shape in between visits. I appreciated that very much. I know my tree work was far from the biggest job they performed that day, but I was treated like my satisfaction was just as important to them. My tree now looks so much better. Thank you for the great result!

Showed up on time with crew JFS and two trucks. They did all of the above work in less than to hours; very well trained crew that showed much team work.

When I called for the free estimate they set a date for within a week. The estimate is free, but they do have a minimum cost to come. My job was more than that so I didn't have a problem with the minimum. On the day the work was done, Mike L., Aaron, and Matt came on time and did an excellent job on all the trees. The root excavation was explained and shown to me so I could see why the tree was leaning and wouldn't stand up straight. They all were very professional and easy to talk with. I would have them come again.

Quickly and efficiently removed the item from our property.

We asked them to trim the tree such that it would no longer shed into the neighbor's yard, causing a problem with their pool. It was a bit tricky, as they needed to trim it enough to accomplish that without making the tree look like it had been scalped. I'd say they did a perfect job. Our neighbors were really happy with it, too. Mark p.s. I didn't rate the price, as I don't know what any other landscaping company might have charged.

Integrity Tree Service is wonderful. The desert willow is a very large specimen tree and they have done a wonderful job of maintaining it's natural shape while keeping the tree safe in high winds. The lysiloma had some storm damage in the past and needed some restoration pruning and the tree is now recovering nicely. The crews are always very professional and helpful. They also take extra time to chip the trimmings on site so they can be used for mulch in my yard. Special thanks to Mike L., Victor, David M., Ivan, David E. and John Eisenhower.

Job went well. Results were excellent. We had used Integrity 2 years ago and were impressed with the work they did, so I called them again for service and did not consider alternative companies. They were out to our property to provide a quote and get an understanding of work we wanted completed. We were able to schedule the visit for the bid quickly. Upon acceptance of qoute, we scheduled service. Unfortunately, due to the time of year, we had to schedule out apprx 3 weeks, which was my fault for waiting so late into the sumer. The crew arrived as scheduled, at the time they promised. They had a fairly big crew & we were given their names - John (Owner), Mike, Jason, Victor, Aaron, Brad & Andres - all the the guys were friendly, professional, knew what they were doing, and worked well together. They all wore hard hats, were safety conscious, were respectful of our property and careful when cutting branches as to where the debris landed. They let us know when they arrived, and we quickly reviewed what was to be done. When they were close to finishing, they had me "walk the job" with the owner, to look at what had been done and ensure they had completed the job to our satisfaction. The owner of the company, John, was on site for the entire job. They cleaned up after themselves and removed all trimming debris. We have used several different companies for tree pruning/thinning. I believe that Integrity is one of the best. They are well versed in industry standards for trimming/pruning to ensure the safety, health and attractiveness of the trees. They may be a bit more expensive than some of their competitors, but you get professionals that really know trees and know how to do the job correctly! We will definitely use them again next spring or if we have other tree issues in the interim.

At my house on time; work was done quickly and efficiently. Roy, Mike, Ivan and Victor L. all did an excellent job. They even cleaned up some old piles of mesquite pods.

For the very limited contact I had with Integrity it went fine. They were just too expensive for me.

A certified arborist came out to estimate the job. Stephen was very thorough and provided a detailed plan of what work was required. The crew (Mike Z. Marcos & Victor) that came out to do the work, did an excellent job. They followed the plan and did a beautiful job in cleaning up. This company is very professional to work with and will continue to use them.

Outstanding! Arrival on time, professional, friendly crew, effective and efficient, performed extra work happily, great clean up. We did not get other estimates though Integrity was recommended by Desert Botanical Gardens.

This is the second time I have used Integrity Tree Service and there is a reason I will continue to use them. They know their business very well and do a terrific job. I had three large trees trimmed (two Mesquite and one Palo Verde) they did a thorough job leaving the trees looking great but most importantly about Integrity trees is that they understand how to properly cut the trees and thats important to me since these trees could not be replaced given their size. The crew (Mike L. Brad, and Andres) were friendly and personable. I appreciate that when they trim the trees they look great, they are very good about not leaving limbs and other debris in my yard or my neighbors yard and all the work is cleaned up before they leave.
