We had a large mesquite tree that was overhanging the street in our front yard and need to be cut back and trimmed. I contacted Integrity tree service and they sent Stephen out to give us an estimate. Stephen arrived on time and gave us his suggestion of what needed to be done to get the tree back under control. Estimate was reasonable for the work to be performed. Pam called the day before work to confirm when the crew would arrive. On the work day the crew (Mike, Anthony, Hanoy, Victor) arrived promptly and were very friendly and professional. The crew lead Mike went over the work to be done and was easy to talk with. They did the best they could to protect plants and landscape lights below the tree. Overall we were very impressed and they did a great job on the trimming. The crew also did a super job of cleanup. We will definitely use Integrity Tree Service again and will tell our friends about the great service they did for us. Very polite and respectable.

After calling to arrange for the service, it was several days before someone could come out to assess the job, and to look at a tree that we were concerned about (had serious leaf drop). We got a call back about the tree almost right away - the person who came wanted opinions from others in his company about the source of the problem. We were satisfied with the answer. We received a proposal for the feeding fairly soon after that, signed it and returned it promptly. In a few more days, we had a call to schedule the work -- it was scheduled for almost 2 months later (the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays were in that period). On the appointed day and time, two men arrived and worked for about 5 hours to complete the work. So - the work was done well and at a reasonable cost However, it seemed as though the company was unusually short-handed, so that there were longer lead times than we have experienced with them in the past. If this will be the norm, we will have to call much sooner to get service for our trees at the time we think it should be done. Because we are pleased with the company's knowledge, professionalism, and pricing, we will stay with them and feel comfortable recommending them.

Workers/Crew were on time; seem very experienced/skilled- took time to explain work and answer questions.

The crew of 4 arrived on time, and went over scope of work with me. They finished in one and a half hours, and walked finished product with me.

The crew was on time. They trimmed five large trees and cleaned up immediately. Very professional and knowledgeable. You can pay less, but you get what you pay for.

I had an estimate from another service which was very high. Called Integrity and they came out, did the estimate and got the job done quickly. Great crew. Professional. Accommodated one tree at two different houses. They were 2/3 cheaper than other estimate. Huge cost savings.

Integrity trees arrived on time for the appointment with a crew of 3 and the equipment to process the refuse from our overgrown trees and left our yard spotless when they finished. They were very careful of the vegitative griwth in our yard. They will come back and do our fruit trees in the Spring. I would highly recommend them to those who care about their trees!

Stephen came out and evaluated all of the trees in our yard. He was very honest and only recommended work on 3 trees--olive, orange and grapefruit. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about working with trees. Service was timely and professional. David and crew did a great job and cleaned up afterwards.

The large tree removal was perfectly executed with no residual problem.

Work crew called to confirm expected arrival time, The work crew, Mike , Anthony, ands Ivan, kept my yard cleaned up as they worked. Tue trimming was completed on-time and to my complete satisfaction.

These guys are great--Mike, Sergio, Handy, Ivan, and Matt did a great job for us once again. I wouldn't trust our trees to anyone else.

Steve Price is the tree specialist. He really understands the science behind tree trimming and landscape design in AZ. He is helping us restore several trees that were improperly planted. He does the estimates. Mike, Sergio, Matt, Hanoy and Ivan came on time and worked quickly and efficiently to finish the job. All of the trees really looked great upon completion. They removed a lot of excess branch material so the tress look really well sculptured and they won't blow over easily because the canopy is too heavy.

the service was excellent. A tree we thought was beyond repair was brought back to majestic beauty. Roy came to the site and took very detailed notes. His crew showed up on time and after a grueling 6 hours had my front yard cleaned of all debris and the tree looking just magnificent. We had purchased an older home and the tree had been badly neglected but was still healthy. We had no idea the tree could look that good and had seriously considered tearing it down. SOO glad we did not. Mikel, Anthony and Matt are a wonderful team and extremely cautious and respectful of the existing landscape. You just cannot go wrong with Integrity, Extremely pleased with the service. Thanks Guys!

It went very well. They arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled time and that was good for trades/service people. The crew was led by David E. along with Mikel, Andres,Matt and Victor.. They all were very professional and new what they had to do. Before they left the property they removed all of the cuttings from the trees and shredded them in one of the two trucks they brought with them. I can't say enough about how great a company they are to work with. We called them got an estimate, scheduled an appointment and had the work preformed. See you next year unless we need them during the year.

Team of Mike, Jason, Andres, Clay, Hanoy, Victor were excellent! Met with me as a team and all were very friendly. Team leader went over everything with me before and after the work. No "accidents", great work, excellent clean up. Note that Integrity had some sort of internal issues which resulted in 2 months worth of follow-up calls by me to actually get the work scheduled. Somehow, my job kept "falling in the cracks". You will probably need to follow-up on your job.

Aaron, Matt, David were a great team. Responded well to particular requests to remove more; clean up was excellent. Professional and hardworking.

Very well. Arrived promptly on schedule. Each of six person crew was introduced by name. Worked efficiently as team. (David E. David M. Anthony, Matt, Ivan and accompanied by arborist Roy). All very professional. Especially thorough clean-up and extra effort to please us at conclusion.

Roy, Mike, Sergio, Ivan, Victor, and Hanoy were very professional and courteous. Used caution not to cause any damage to our property and left the property cleaner than when they started. Would definitely recommend them.

A team of three men arrived on time and were geared up for safety. David, son of owner was the one in the tree cutting the dead branches. Great job! They were careful of how the branches fell so as not to fall in the pool or land on the patio roof. Used a wood chipper to rid of the branches. Raked and cleared all debris after the job. Very knowledgable and helpful. I also received a reminder call the day before the job letting me know the time the team would arrive. Overall, great experience.

Arborist Stephen gave estimate. Very knowledgeable and professional. Roy arborist did health assessment professional and helpful. Tree trimmers were on time, great work, very professional and personable. All contact with Integrity Tree Service was a very good experience.
