The team of 5 young men arrived promptly. They were clearly professionals & passionate about trees. Extremely dedicated - also polite & well spoken. Worked safely & were skilled climbers & workers.

We've used Integrity Tree Service for several years now since initially losing a large portion of our tree in the front yard during a monsoon storm. They were able to save it when other companies said it wasn't possible. They've trimmed it each year since and have ensured that it is able to handle each monsoon season. This year, Roy came out and was extremely knowledgeable (they all are and it shows) and took the time to explain what they'd be doing. He pre-marked what the crew would be trimming and wrote detailed instructions so they didn't have any questions when they came out. We also recently planted a new tree with a root system that isn't the best. Even though it's too soon this year to do anything with this tree, he even did a little bit of adjusting with the roots to make sure that when it comes time to trim it next year, it'd be in a better place to be done. Mike & Hanoy came out to take care of the actual trimming. They were even earlier than we expected and that was a very good thing. After meeting with them, they got right to work and it didn't take them long to have it just the way we thought it would be. They made sure that the job they did was to our liking before fully cleaning up afterwards. It is very obvious that they know what they're doing and are passionate about doing it right. All our experiences with Integrity have been above & beyond. They are by far one of the best companies we have worked with in taking care of our trees. They are highly recommended! You won't go wrong!

Trimming went well. There was a 4-person crew -- 2 very knowledgeable trimmers and 2 helpers. Unfortunately, one of the helpers did slip into the pool while he was looking up and walking backwards into the pool. Also unfortunately they were running late to for the appointment and rushed our appointment to get to their next one. This meant that they really only trimmed 2 of the trees well. The third tree was rushed very quickly so they could leave. From a tree trimming perspective for what work they did, they were great. However their office scheduling was really unprofessional and borderline unethical as they seem to expect the crew to miraculously make up time from our appointment or from their travel time somehow. How they could do that I can only speculate. Before they left they asked if everything was okay and my husband asked them to do more trimming which they did after they were already packing up so it clearly wasn't very thorough and we could tell they were very stressed by the demands of their scheduling office. My husband is out there right now by himself finishing the work that Integrity Tree Svc did not complete. I am not happy and am heading back outside to help him right now. Definitely would not recommend to any friends or family. We will be looking for another service for our annual trimming because we paid a lot of money from our perspective for work that was not completed and which we had to redo ourselves using new tools which we had to buy to complete the work ourselves.

Arrived at pre-arranged time (after initial visit by estimator). Thinned, evened out, pruned six trees, fertilized one, removed all litter. Left after 2 hours and 45 minutes.

Before the estimate, a representative evaluated the trees, their size and health. Very thorough assessment. The removal crew was professional & courteous. I was extremely pleased with the service.

Mike, Ivan, Sergio, and Trevor did a great job. They reviewed the work order before starting and then had me review the work before they finished. I asked for a tree to be trimmed back more and they were happy to do so. Very respectful and did a great job cleaning up my yard.

The entire crew arrived on time. Did excellent work - timely, professional - left my home spotless after the job. The entire crew was wonderful.

Roy, the supervisor, arrived first, reviewed work zone with me and then and 8 person crew, all as scheduled. Crew prepared the area by moving patio furniture, completed tree pruning and other work and did a very good job of cleanup.

On time, told me what they were doing and why. Very pleasant and skilled.
