i have used Integrity tree Service for over twenty years. They are always on time, do superb job and then a superb clean up job. I am a person that expects perfection.

We recently moved to the Phoenix area and were looking to have several trees pruned this fall. An old Ironwood tree lost a huge limb making this a priority. After looking at several companies on Angie's List I called Integrity because of their high standards for certification for employees and because of the reviews. Integrity Tree makes the process very easy from start to finish. The office personal was friendly and got my request for an estimate out quickly. Sarah, a certified arborist and registered consulting arborist, came that afternoon and went over each tree that I needed service for, listening to what my goals were for that tree and making suggestions where needed or asked. This is important because she has the training to see things that you might not have noticed and give a proper estimate for the work so there are no nasty surprises later. A detailed estimate for each tree was given to me on the spot and instructions on how to accept the offer. We signed off on three of the trees,leaving one for a later date, scanned and e-mailed the proposal to the office. We got a call from a scheduler that afternoon and were lucky that someone had cancelled a job for the next day. The crew that arrived to do the work was impressive. They went over the job with me to make sure they knew what was to be done and I explained that I am very picky about my trees. They had the education and training which is essential ,but also were sensitive to my concerns, explaining any cuts that were not previously discussed as they happened. (Things become more clearer when you are hanging from a tree looking at it than they are on the ground) Integrity Tree Service is a good choice for anyone, people who just want to be able to trust someone to get the job done right or people who are more involved, like me, who love their trees and understand the importance of proper pruning and care to their longevity and usefulness in the landscape. This company has the knowledge, the training and the equipment to get the job done right and they do it in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.

Nice job trimming the trees, but not enough in my opinion. I was told the Queen Palms will be healthier if they leave some of the lower fronds on the tree.(?) The low fronds are now dying (6 weeks later) and all the trees look like they need trimming already. I told them I wouldn't be trimming again until the Spring, so they should have trimmed more. Super on the job agreed, but said he had to do what the Tree Specialist for the job said to do based on my contract. When I hired them, they were only a few weeks out, but then had to delay (don't recall the reason) and then they tried to delay another week because their "best climber" was due to be on vacation. I told them no delay because I was very worried about Monsoon's taking out my trees. Overall, I liked their work, their price was reasonable for my yard (two other quotes were 2x this one), and I plan to have them back. Next time I will make sure to plan better based on this experience.

Extensive quote was prepared. Company rep looked at each tree with me and wanted to know my primary objectives for each tree: reduce interior, reduce low hanging branches, remove/redirect from specific areas such as roof, pool, side of house, fence, etc. She made extensive notes for crew to follow. It took about 5 bud days for quote to come back to me. We've used them in the past so I know they tend to be priced a bit higher than some of the other companies we have used previously. However, they are much more knowledgeable about what they are doing, and know how to trim/prune properly for long term integrity and appearance of the tree. Due to this, I have not gotten other quotes from other vendors the prior 2 years. The quote is very detailed and specific. There is a detailed description of what to be done for each tree. Once I approved quote, they booked a day for us, which was 3 weeks out, due to it being mid July. If you want your job done quickly, book your quote for May or early June. The day before our job, I got a reminder call. Crew arrived at our property on time, in fact a few minutes early. Lead person introduced himself, and answered any questions. Crew of 5 guys was here about 4 hours. Did their work, asked me to walk property with them towards the end to see if I had any concerns or anything that was not done to my satisfaction. They cleaned up after themselves and removed all tree branches and debris. All workers very courteous and went out of way to be accommodating. Overall, this company does a fantastic job - the crew all seems to be very knowledgeable about proper pruning techniques and maintaining tree appearance and integrity for the long term. I highly recommend to anyone!

From start to finish, the entire process went very well. Roy came out promptly to do the estimate. He was very knowledgeable and careful with his analysis of the situation. He explained everything he planned to do and the processes involved. This was a major job so I needed to be convinced the person doing it knew what they were doing ? Roy instilled this confidence. The office staff was friendly and helpful during the scheduling process. I thought I would have to wait several weeks for the work due to the involvement of the crane but they had an opening and I was able to get the work done much sooner. Mike came out on the first day of the work. He was very friendly and, like Roy, made it clear the job would be handled appropriately. Unfortunately, the job turned out to be a little more involved than was originally expected but Mike and the office staff were extremely accommodating and respectful of my time. I had no problem with them returning to finish the complex job. Mike was present every day of the work and remained on the job with his crew the entire time. Now ? the award for going above and beyond the call of duty ? as many of you know, we had a terrible storm on AUG 31. This storm took out two of my large mesquite trees, a block wall and snapped some of the tree cables. I called Integrity Tree Company the next morning to see if they happened to be able to come remove the trees. Unfortunately, they were booked (as expected with all the citywide damage) but would have Roy call me. Less than an hour later, John (owner of the company) showed up at my house to assess the damage. Like Roy, he carefully assessed the situation, provided advice and? got a saw from his truck to trim some of the mesquite tree branches that were making it difficult to put in a temporary fence. This company is excellent. I highly recommend them.

The crew arrived early to the appointment and I did not. They made arrangements to come back for the same day. Great job for the third year!

Sarah, Clay, Sergio, Andres, Ivan, Trevor and Mikal arrived on time. Sarah took the crew around the yard and reviewed the work order with them. She came to the front door and told me approximately how long the crew would be on the property and when they would take their lunch break. Clay and the crew got right to work. I like to oversee work done on my property and Clay was nice about letting me watch from a safe distance. I appreciated the consumer education Clay provided about trees and that the crew asked my opinion about how things looked as they went along. Sergio removed a garbage container of debris off the roof caused from overhanging trees. The crew communicated with each other and worked well together. Before they were finished, Clay gave my husband and I a walk through of the property while providing more education. The crew made the final touches, cleaned up and hauled away the debris. It was great they had a truck that grinded the tree branches - there were a lot! My next door neighbor, with whom I share a property line where most of the overgrowth was removed, commented on the outstanding work. The only area for improvement would be the clean up. After the crew left I went around the yard and picked up four paper grocery bags of twigs and leaves left behind.

It went great, as it always does with Integrity. You pay a little more than you would with guys who just show up at your door asking if they can trim your palms, but it's worth it. Jimmy, Ivan, Mikael, Trevor, Mike, & Brad did the work in what seemed like record time. We had some specific requests for each of the five trees, and they did it exactly as we desired. I would recommend them to any and all.

Jimmy, Mikeal, Mike, and Zack arrived promptly during the scheduled window. They introduced themselves, verified the tree in question and the maintenance they were about to perform, then immediately went to work. The operation was extremely efficient with 2 men going up in the tree for cutting and 2 men below picking up wood and placing in the chipper. This was a very large job and when they were finished, the tree was unrecognizable in the best way possible. The neighbors have commented on how much better the tree looks now. The arborist Steve had told me ahead of time the crew would only be doing about one third of the eventual cutting and shaping of the tree to prevent stressing the tree and damaging its health. Perfectly logical, but this idea left me a little anxious that the tree still might look "unkempt" after the job. I need not have worried, the tree looks great. Steve had suggested I schedule for a trim next April/May to assess its condition and that will bring it to about two-thirds of completion of the shaping of the tree. I will definitely be doing so, and I would recommend Integrity Tree Service to anyone. You will pay prices at the high end of the market, but for this job I needed to be sure the quality of the work was not in question.

This job went very well. I asked the crew (Jimmy, Ivan, Mikael, Trevor and Andres) to save some of the larger trunk pieces for me and asked if they would pile them up in a storage area I had specified. They agreed, and proceeded to cut and chip the brush as they were cutting. After the trees were down, we realized that the trunk pieces were going to be very heavy. Even though it took a couple of them to lift some of the pieces, they did as promised and placed the mesquite trunk pieces in my storage area. The guys were friendly, and finished the work within a couple of hours. I would certainly hire these guys again.

Things went well from start to finish. Stephen Price, an arborist who really knows trees (as well as other landscape plants), came out to find out what we wanted and to discuss what would be best for the trees. He spent a fair amount of time in our large backyard and then gave us a very reasonable estimate. The crew came out and they also were very professional and friendly as they endured thorny branches and high temperatures while carefully pruning and cleaning up. This was our second straight year of using Integrity Tree Service, a business that I can highly recommend.

Team arrived on time. They assessed the situation relative to removing the cut tree branches and tree trunk from the back yard to the truck in the street. I worked with them in this assessment. One member of the team cut off small branches with a sharp saw and used a small chain saw to cut off large branches. The other members of the team took the branches to the street. The tree was cut down in about an hour. All branches and the tree trunk were removed. The area around the tree as well as the area between the tree and the street were cleaned up. The adjacent plants and fence were not injured by the process.

I've used Integrity for roughly a decade at my home and always find their service to be excellent. This time was no different. Scheduling well ahead is recommended as this year I waited a bit too long to have my trees cleaned up ahead of the monsoon and had to settle on a date following the Fourth of July holiday weekend. I had an appointment for a week away but received a call letting me know of a cancellation and if I was interested in moving my appointment up to the following morning. I immediately agreed and found the crew at my house right at the appointed time. Eric has run the crew for the past few years and I recognized him right away. He communicated the plan and asked me if I had any questions or issues, which I did not. As always, they were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves when they had finished. I know I could spend less money going with another company but I find Integrity to be worth the added expense. I wouldn't cut corners when hiring a mechanic to work on my car and I certainly don't when it comes to taking care of my biggest investment, my home.

I have used Integrity Tree Service since 2009 and have always had great results. I know some people say they are too expensive but in this case, you get what you pay for. Their knowledge of pruning trees in the desert is essential if you want to keep your trees in good shape during the monsoons and still have a healthy beautiful tree. They are also patient and helpful when answering questions and explaining what is being done. They are professional and clean the site at the end of the job and have actually chipped the cuttings so I can use them for mulch on the property. I have the trees pruned twice a year and the crew this time of Sarah, Mike, Andres, Armondo, Hector and Fermin are wonderful to work with. I am also appreciative of the long time relationship as a customer because when I needed work to be done earlier than they normally would be able to fit me into the schedule, they found a way to make it sooner. Also, when a family member passed away recently, John Eisenhower heard about it from my neighbor while working on her trees and he personally came to the house to offer condolences and support. That is not only good service that is compassion and personal integrity. I would never hesitate to recommend Integrity Tree Service to anyone who cares for the earth, the people and their trees.
