I had recently purchased a new home and needed to have two trees removed. One was leaning badly toward the house and required support to keep it upright, the other was hanging over the pool and dropping debris into the pool constantly. I contacted Integrity based on their Angie's List reviews. I was not disappointed. They came out and inspected the entire property, and the arborist gave recommendations on all the trees on the property regarding trimming and maintenance. They agreed that the two trees in question needed to be removed. They were our the next week and completely removed both trees and ground the stumps below grade level so you can't even tell the two trees existed. They were quick and efficient, and the front office was very hands on with communication when they had to delay due to rain a day. Very happy with the results and will use them again to trim up some trees in the spring. Excellent provider!

The estimator, Roy was on time & walked the yard with us. They arrived a week later with Jimmy's crew at 7:00 am and finished, ground up trimmings, cleaned up & left about 1:30 - 2:00.

Excellent service. Arrived on time with a very skilled crew. The clean up was amazing - the yard looked better after they left than when they arrived! The crew consisted of Clay, Mike L., Miakel, Sebastian, Jimmy, David and Trevor. I am very happy with their knowledge of trees and how well they work together. Their quote for the work was in the middle of the companies that sent me quotes, and I am glad I hired Integrity Tree Service instead of the company with the lowest quote.

Scheduled service within 1 day of my accepting the estimate. Crew was prompt, neat and repaired a sprinkler head that had been inadvertently stepped on.

The work on the trees was originally estimated along with trimming of a Chilean Mesquite tree in our front yard. The work on the Chilean Mesquite was performed in September, but the work on the Brazilian Pepper trees was postponed until November. Integrity Tree Services honored the estimate that they provided in August and scheduled the work over the phone without any trouble. Mike and Eric (climbers) arrived with Clay and Sebastian as promised to work on the trees. The work took about two hours. All work was performed expertly, with the trees retaining their overall shape and character, but with substantial weight removed from the circumference of the trees and the crowns of the trees thinned substantially. Since my next door neighbor likes the shade one of the trees provide, the guys took this into account in their work, reducing the size of the branch reaching into the neighboring yard rather than removing it. When the work was done, the yard was immaculate and the trees look terrific - ready for another season of rain and wind without risk of breaking!

They were great. Clay, Henry, Andres and Victor efficient and very careful to remove everything they cut.

The crane showed up just a scheduled and the crew right behind. Jimmy and Trevor did a great job. We were amazed at how fast they had the trees out of here and were on their way. Very professional and would definitely recommend them.

Awesome service by Mike and David! They really cleaned up the foliage / canopy of my tree. There was lots of overgrown branches Etc. cleaned off my patio when done. Looks great! Friendly and Professional team. Wow.

Both crews were very thorough, professional, and patient. The crews knowledge impressed me and I have used 3 other highly rated tree companies before. Each one of these guys are far more knowledgeable than anyone I've worked with in the past. Mike, Clayton, David, Hanoy, Victor, Andres, and Ismael were excellent and very conscientious. Clayton was extremely helpful and enlightened me on proper care for my trees and palms. I am pleased to learn Integrity is expanding their services and will be able to work with one company for all my tree and palm needs! Roy is fantastic and I have complete trust in his knowledge. They arrived on time, went over what was to be done on each tree. Went to work and did a great job. Did not damage any bushes under trees. Lowered large branches with a rope. A little expensive, but did an excellent job.

Mike Logan was on time, got right to work carrying out the instructions Arborist, Stephen Price, had outlined. Mike did a beautiful job trimming our trees and fertilizing them. He cleaned up the area, leaving no mess.

The trimming crew arrived early. They were all friendly and very courteous. They trimmed my trees perfectly and cleaned up all the debris.
