Both estimator & work crew arrived on time. Work even did excellent job both in pruning as well as clean up. One tree overhung pool-crew cleaned pool up perfectly. Had a 5% coupon. Saved us $70. 00.

These folks are arborists and they do amazing work. We have on some acreage in Cave Creek and have a beautiful desert landscape that we have nurtured for 30 years. We have many mature desert trees that have needed to be thinned and taken care of in a way to support long growth and health. The Integrity Tree Service first came out for a consult and recommendations. They then scheduled at our convenience a couple of weeks later a team who worked all day. They thinned trees, heavily reduced some end weight, removed dead and broken branches in upper canopies, removed some mistletoe and did a great job climbing up large trees. The brought all the proper equipment and cleaned up thoroughly when they left. They also are treating for agave snout weevils in some ares with large and beautiful agaves. Totally professional and we will use them in the future. Yes, they are expensive but we have a lot of money in these trees and this is really about keeping them healthy for a long time to come.

Excellent service from the Integrity crew: Mike, Eric, Sebastian, and Ivan. They arrived on time, verified the work to be done, and within an hour had pruned both trees and cleaned up after themselves. Both trees look great and are ready for the upcoming spring growth and summer monsoon seasons. This is the second time I've used Integrity Tree Sevice, and I will continue to do so.

First, I want to name the crew that did the job: Mike (foreman), Maikel, Ivan, Sebastian. They were all courteous, friendly and professional, and did a great job. A group of nice young men. It was amazing to watch them work so efficiently yet safely. Work involved climbing the trees and setting up rope and pulleys to lower the trees as they were sectioned with chain saws. Access was limited to a 4-foot wide gate, so the guys manhandled very heavy chunks of tree trunks and the tops and fronds through the gate and out to their truck. They didn't damage anything in the yard and did a fantastic job of cleaning up everything once all the trees were down and the stumps ground down. Couldn't have asked for a better or more professional job - great to watch guys who know what they're doing accomplish what to me was a daunting task. We feel we made some friends - we provided fried chicken and trimmings for lunch and invited them inside to eat.

The experience was just fine. I would absolutely use them again.

Mike & David arrived on time with a company arborist. They went over their plan. They worked from top down to reshape down and proceeded branch by branch for diseased, broken or rubbing branched. In doing this they removed branches to restore health and appearance jobs great.

The crew, consisting of Maikel, Ivan and Sebastian arrived on time and Maikel reviewed with me that was to be done with each tree. The covered other plants before pruning the trees did an efficient, wonderful job, as usual, and cleaned up well. All were con – perfect, polite and professional.

The three-man crew cut down a sizable Aleppo pine that was slowing tipping toward our house, and they finished in less than four hours. I was skeptical that they could finish the job in their projected time, but they work efficiently, use a chipper on the down branches and clean up with a leaf blower. I was very pleased with their work. We had to wait a day for the stump to be ground, but that also went well and they again left the yard clean. I would use them again.

They arrived on time. Finished the job quickly. They were very pleasant. I have used them many times before.

John came out to the property and did a walk through. We pointed out the trees that required work. We wanted to improve the look of the trees with selective pruning to improve the trees' stability. Some branches were hitting the block wall surrounding the property and had tio be removed. John is a qualified arborist and made specific recommendations. The next week his crew of Trevor, Michael and Ivan came out to do the work. They were efficient, neat and performed the desired work. Trevor did a walk through with me to be sure that the work was completed to my satisfaction. It was. They removed all traces of their wood cuttings and left the property as if it were untouched. I was very satisfied with the appearance of the trees. I will definitely use them again.

There is a large mesquite on my property with a heavy branch resting on the block wall surrounding the property. The branch required removal, but doing so could cause leaning and structural damage to the trunk. John recommended a 7' prop system using a galvanized pipe built into a concrete base and inserted into the remaining branch before removing the culprit branch. Mike and David returned on 1/15 and did the work. I was very pleased with the end product. They cleaned up after them and left the property as it was before they started. They were very pleasant and explained the work in detail. I recommend them highly.

The crew was on time, checked in, went over everything. They got to work, cleaned up, and walked around to make sure the work was done correctly. Spectacular job!
