Perfect did a great job on time & explanation of job.

Working with this company was a pleasure from start to finish. The arborist who showed up to do the initial consultation was professional, personable and very well trained. When Mike, Andres, Carlos and Sebastian came about 2 weeks later to perform the work ,they were punctual, hard working and left the place looking cleaner than when they arrived. The worked they did was top-notch.

Great. They arrived within the 2-hour window they gave me. They consulted with me frequently when they were trimming all the trees. Their clean up after trimming was exceptional.

Mike, Maikel, Andres, David, Carlos came and completed the work in a timely manner. Mike is an excellent lead. Yard was cleaned up when done. This is the 3rd year that Mike has taken care of trees. Will see them again next year. Great friendly company.

The service went very well. They explained to me what they were doing, they put up screen to prevent dirt from scattering all over. They forced air around the root so the tree could breath. They also reset the perimeter for the tree. Michael is very friendly, arrived on time and he explained everything what he was doing while he was doing it. He also gave me ideas for future tree help. I would hire them again easily and would recommend to anyone. They speak tree!

Sergio and his crew were on time as usual, finished the job in the estimated time and cleaned up after they finished. I always enjoy working with Integrity Tree Service and this crew was top notch once again.

The tree was removal was done on 4/19/2016. Removing the pine tree was an all day job. The dry pine needles made a huge mess. I like the safety practices of the crew. The crew did a great job cutting the tree down section at a time. The crew did a pretty good job cleaning up the mess. There is was some residual debris that they did not get. Sometime, during the day, a small ding was made in the pavers as a part of our garden. I didn't notice this before they left for the day. I called into the office and asked how they handled situations such as this. About a week later a person came out and made the repair. On April 5th, a crew came by to grind the stump. This took about 2 hours to get the equipment positioned, stump ground and clean up. They did an excellent job finishing things off.

1st visit after did was too late to finish – was put off 1 wks; Then that was put off another week; Then we were put off a 3rd time again, on last visit, cable was not on truck so yet another visit was necessary do finish the job.

I was very pleased with their services> The first lady that came out, Sara, was extremely knowledgeable. She was able to track down a bug that infested my tree and gave it infections. They look beautiful.

Very pleased, made appt to have them came out to give est. showed up when they said called when they said they would did a great job.

This crew was on time as promised, very courteous and communicated exactly what they were going to do ahead of time. The job was great and the trees look well sculpted and healthy. And as usual. They cleaned up and left the yard cleaner then they found it.

Perfect! John the owner is a very honest man and his men are nice, neat personable the work was done perfectly, neatly.

All went well. The Crew (Sergio, Patrick, Zachary & Hector) showed up on time and consulted me to ensure the work exactly like I needed. They worked well as a team and were very efficient. After the work was done, they had me look over the trees and we trimmed a few more branches to my liking. They even picked up some palm branches that had blown down that were nearby. Great crew, Great company.

It went great. Everyone was professional and very friendly. They cleaned up afterwards. Mike, David & Zach were excellent!

Excellent as usual! These guys know how to properly trim trees and to clean up better than anyone I’ve used in the past. Price is worth every penny they even cleaned debris from my pool!

A crew of four very nice, friendly and mannerly young men arrived on time. . .Sergio, Hector, Zachary and Patrick. They did a great job and thoroughly cleaned up after, and wanted to be certain that I was pleased. . .which I was. I would have to say that they were beyond a doubt the nicest and most thorough crew that I have ever had care for my trees. They were very professional!

Crew was on time. Palm removed according to plans discussed. Trees look beautiful all areas were clean and work done professionally.

This is the 3rd time I've use integrity tree service this year, & the 3rd time I can say it the best, most professional tree trimming service I've had in the 37 years I've lived in phoenix; I will never use another company again! Integrity tree SVC trims trees like the experts say you should!

They were efficient and took the neighbors into consideration when parking vehicles and equipment and minimized the length of time the street was partially closed for the fallen trees. Four extremely professional workers who were courteous and kept on task.The amount of work they completed in less than 2.5 hours absolutely amazed me. The area is spotless and you can't even tell that 2 large trees were just removed from the area. They took care in the clean-up and covered with existing landscape gravel to make it all blend in again. It looks beautiful! Will refer them to our neighbors and friends!

My first priority was safety. I had prices from landscape companies but was very uncomfortable with their plan of attack, climb the tree and cut it limb by limb, lowering the pieces to the ground with a rope. Integrity brought in a crane, used climbing ropes, hard hats and wireless communication between the man in the tree and the ground. They cut the tree in sections and safely lowered it to the ground, away from the house, and cut it into pieces.

An arborist provided and estimate on first visit very knowledgeable and helpful next visit the oak tree was sprayed for aphids again, arborist explained process and answered questions third visit all trees fertilized and citrus trimmed.

Work was performed quickly and correctly. Crew was polite and professional. Yard and street area was perfectly cleaned up after their work. Overall, excellent work by Integrity. Have used them previously and will continue to use them for all my tree care needs.

From the initial estimate through the work done, each person has been extremely punctual, communicated well & very professional. The job was done quickly, they cleaned up, so I couldn't even tell they'd been here. I was just left with my trees looking great. They've been working with me for a few years now, ever since I lost a huge portion of a tree in my front yard & they were the only company who told me they would try to save it. They've trimmed and pruned my trees in my backyard so that they grow the way I need them to grow (around my power lines), not putting any pressure on the electrical lines themselves. Roy gave me the estimate & Mike, David, Maikel, Ivan and Sebastian did the work. Great crew!

Arrived as scheduled. Professionally completed the work. Explained what they did and why it was done. Excellent work and proficient.
