Satisfied with the service but felt they were pricey David & Phillip did a very good job and were very knowledgeable of the trees they were cutting.

Great! I contacted several companies; they were the quickest to respond, came on timeach and sent a certified arborist to give a extensive estimate. He took the time to explainedo what the tree needed and why. They did a great job, we're on time and cleaned up everything!

All crew members were conscientious in branch selection before removing them from tree did not do a hack job. Tree looked fine when finished.

I met with Roy and we discussed the trimming of my 30' Willow Acacia. Roy was extremely thorough in explaining this tree's needs and I was impressed with his knowledge. Roy also pointed out the lifting of a nearby sidewalk from the roots of this tree. He saw a bud growing through the joint in the sidewalk and explained what was happening. He then started digging with his hands tracking the root of that sapling and when found he cut the root way back so as not to cause more damage. NO CHARGE for that, I was impressed. We discussed cost and I set a date for their service. Two weeks later the crew was here to do the job, they were Patrick, Sergio and David. They were very safety conscience took care as to not destroy my landscape lighting below the tree. All branches were lowered to the ground via a rope. When the job was done they cleaned up ALL of the debris, explained what they did and made sure I was happy. I would definitely use them again and for sure recommend them to my friends.

Arborist marked trees with white tape on limbs to be removed. Arborist was not on site day of pruning. Large limbs were removed but trees were not thinned as anticipated and six months later I am left with limbs back on my roof. I am going to have maintenance gardeners manage as I think they can handle and it will be less costly.

Very well - both the cactus and tree were trimmed as requested without overpruning. David B, Fergio, Hector and Victor did a great job and cleaned up very well.

They did a great job as I expected. John came out promptly and gave me a quote which was reasonably comparable to the other companies. He also identified a root girdling problem on my Texas Ebony. I was called promptly to schedule a time. Mike and David came out and were very friendly and professional. They took care of everything and cleaned up perfectly. I will ask for them next time too.

Excellent! This huge Tree had been topped (by another company) about 12 years ago, and hadn't been trimmed in the meantime, resulting in weak branches, making parts of the Tree impossible to safely climb. Integrity Tree Service lived up to their name. They brought in the equipment needed to safely Trim the Tree, added a full extra day of work, and still honored their original Bid. Mike & Eric were the two men who did the actual trimming and they couldn't have been better. They worked with Safety Belts at all times and maintained excellent communication with each other at all times to avoid any risk to the man doing the trimming, or anything falling on the people on the ground. All of the work was performed adhering to "Safety First." We were also impressed with the Artistic Balance they achieved in the trimming. They took time and care with this Tree as if it were their own. Then they left the work-site as clean as before they started. We're so glad we chose Integrity, and they'll be our first choice on any future landscape projects.

The guys were friendly competent, careful, respectful, on time. They trimmed lots of branches, disperse of the trash out back things they had moved (hammock table) econ removed a girdling root & answered my questions. In a word: Stellar.

I have tried other arborist tree companies in the past and was generally not satisfied by the work. The trees were either left oddly shaped or they removed too much interior of the tree. I switched to using Integrity Tree Service about three to four years ago. Every May/June I have them trim back my two large Mesquite trees and Palo Verde trees. They trimmed them again and cut down a Cascolate tree this time. Every time I use this company I am satisfied, the trees look great, they clean up the yard well, they don't leave debris in my neighbors yards - very thoughtful and thorough . Mike, Eric and David were the crew that trimmed two large mesquite trees and a large palo verde tree. They do all the work by hand and pruned the trees properly so that they always look great.

Mike, David & Sebastian were very professional & fast. The trees josh great & they cleaned every area up. I would recommend this company. (I already did – to my daughter & a neigh on! ).

Integrity Tree Service is the only company we would trust to take care of our large "centerpiece" mesquite tree. They are always professional and knowledgeable. From the schedulers, to the arborist that examines the tree, to the crew that does the pruning, we can trust they will do a great job. Mike and David were out in the heat and worked without complaint for an entire morning pruning. The result is a beautiful mesquite that was very thoughtfully pruned and doesn't look butchered, yet is ready for the monsoon wind. We are thrilled with Integrity Tree Service!
