"I completed the drywall repair which was the only request at the time I took the job. Michael asked me to paint his entire condo after I finished the patchwork. I told him that I had to check my schedule then let him know. I did not have time to do it that week he needed it done. We never made an agreement to paint the entire condo but I did paint the patches that I repaired."
