Services we offer
Are you tired of your pool? Does it get used more than once a year? You may want to consider retiring it. We drain it, but it best describes what we are talking about., then build a deck over it so it can be retired until you sell the house or decide to un-retire it. Not sure if that's a word

"Hi [Member Name Removed], I’m sorry that we didn’t do a better job of communicating the cost of lodging for the crew but I assure you that the charges added to your job were no where near the cost of building your deck. As you can imagine, it's a long drive from your place to our place. We strictly regulate the costs for lodging for the crew. They stay in the most efficient locations that we can find and we try not to add much to the total cost of the job. I'm certain that our profit margins are reduced to come to a location such as yours in order to keep the total costs down. Regarding the cut on the perimeter of the pool, you sent me one picture of two planks that were cut a little short. There are well over a hundred of those cuts. Please send more pictures of the areas that need attention. As I said before, we will certainly replace those planks and fix any problem areas. Thank you, Jeff"
"Hi Mrs. [Member Name Removed], I'm sorry that you were unhappy with your deck in any way. Please let us know what we can do to fix whatever the problems are."
"Hi Mr. [Member Name Removed], Thank you for your business. It's true that the pumps don't completly empty that last bit of water at the bottom of the pool. Most all pumps have that problem but since we are in Arizona, we rely on the dry air to dry out the bottom of the pool fairly quickly. It might seem like a lot but it's really not very much and has not been a problem on the hundreds of decks we have done just like yours. There are other ways to solve the problem but they all seem expensive compared to just letting it dry out. Please feel free to call us with any other questions or concerns."
