"This customer review is accurate. We have since stopped working with the cleaner that completed the client's second and third cleanings. We search for and only work with the best cleaners. If a cleaner's customer reviews ever drop below "great!" we quickly stop working with that individual. This customer's first cleaning experience is the experience that 99% of our customers have, which we are very proud of. We take quality seriously and strive for perfection. If a mistake is ever made or something is missed during a cleaning, we always work to resolve it to the customer’s complete satisfaction. We are never satisfied until our customers are happy."

"This is not a review from a customer of ours. We have never sent a cleaning team to a customer with this name and we have never sent a cleaning team to the address that the alleged customer provided. The comments about paying $50 for six windows (interior and exterior) does not line up with our pricing model. Our cleaning providers do not normally clean the outside of windows unless a special agreement has been made to do so. Finally, no contact information was given for us to contact the person who wrote this review, further supporting that it is not a real review. My best guess is that this person meant to write the review for a different company."

"We never performed a service at this customers home. The condition of the home was misrepresented by the customer, as he did not disclose how dirty the home actually was. Debris was throughout the house including spilled liquids, dirty dishes, trash, dirty clothes, and untypical odors. Our team arrived to complete the cleaning, but it was immediately apparent that the customer did not accurately disclose the true condition of the home. In such cases where significantly more work is required to complete the cleaning, we always contact the customer immediately to discuss any price adjustments and to allow the customer to decide if they would like to continue with the cleaning. This is why the cleaners did not perform any services, we wanted to confirm with the customer that he wanted to continue at the adjusted pricing. We only adjust pricing for very dirty homes, which happens maybe once in every 150 homes cleaned. Again, no services were performed for this customer. The customer did not want to continue with a cleaning at the adjusted and fair price. No money was collected from the customer. I personally followed up with the customer multiple times to explain the situation and to make sure that he was fully informed on the services that we could perform and for what price. Unfortunately, this customer has given a bad review without a legitimate reason. This situation could have been avoided had the customer simply explained the unusual conditions in the home. We take pride in offering the best customer service in the Phoenix Valley, but it is difficult to make a customer happy when they do not inform us about unusual conditions of their home. And as always, we stand by our 200% happiness guarantee and we will always put customers first."
