Excellent!  Everything was perfect!  Arrived exactly on time and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.  Both ladies that came were super nice, friendly and very thorough.  I couldn't be happier!

When my tenant left the house and I put it up for sale the house was extremely dirty.  I started out with a 2 person crew, a person who cleaned on the side.  While they were cheap and cleaned the major stuff they just couldn't get the details done.  So I hired Queen of Maids to go in and take the house from basically clean to model home clean.  They did a great job and I would recommend them.

I was moving so the house was empty.  they performed all the services on their "basic' list and then I added wiping out the cabinets, oven, and fridge. They were running late so someone called early in the day letting me know they were behind an hour and did I want them to try to get another team there at the scheduled time.  i declined the later time was better for me.  They were to arrive between 3:30-4:00 but didn't arrive until 4:10 which wasn't a big deal to me. They double checked what I wanted done and went right to work.

The team came in and got right to work really cleaning all of the details. I don't think my place has looked so good!

I had already called a few other providers before I found queen of maids and funny enough none of them called me back within a reasonable time.  So I found these guys and was like, "Welcome to the 21st freakin' century!"  A small business that has online quotes and booking - So awesome.
Aside from that, the story is pretty boring because they showed up on time, cleaned what they said they would, and that was it. 
Oh, and the owner called me the next day to make sure I was happy before he charged my card.  Pretty cool, A+, highly recommended.

Rosario is so friendly, always showed up on time on calls to let us know.  She works so hard and does an amazing job every time all with a friendly attitude.

The two cleaners arrived slightly early. They brought all of their supplies and tools with them. They went right to work after verifying what I wanted done. They worked without stopping and completed the word as estimated.

this is the second time I have used Queen of Maids cleaning service. Both times they were punctualand did a rantastic job of cleaning the downstairs portion of my home, which included a bathroom, kitchen, dining and family area. They dusted, vacuumed, mopped and cleaned those hard to reach areas I have struggled with. They made sure to check that I was satisfied before they left. I love this cleaning company and will continue to use them, since my house was so clean. they even got the hard to remove dog hair from my furrniture (I have an aussie with some very long hair that sheds all the time).

They were quick and efficient and remembered all our special requests( ie to keep our bedroom closed so the dogs don't get in ) They were friendly and I will use them again.

Jason has been very helpful with pricing and scheduling for multiple properties.  We have had two cleaning teams.  When we have a sub par service they are quick to fix it.  I really enjoy their easy payment system and communication.

I had this company come to clean twice. The first time, I had a very good cleaning and the second time I had an excellent cleaning. They have different teams that come to your house. I recommend that you try different teams each time you have your house cleaned because each team has a few secrets of their own on how to clean things. Also, some people have more energy than others and work at different paces. Some do a few extra things for you and others just stick to the plan. After you have evaluated all the help, you can then decide which team is best for you and your needs.

The service provided by Queen of Maids is great! The cleaning crew is prompt and professional. Our house feels brand new after they clean!

Two ladies did a whole house cleaning with oven and refridge before our move-in. I was nervous because i live out-of-town so I booked using only Angie's list as a reference. The two ladies that showed up were pleasant, clean-cut and very hard-working. There had been a cat in the house before, and they worked very hard to get all the dander removed. I would like to book those two ladies again for ongoing cleaning when we fully move. The only downside is that the price is higher than what i currently directly pay cleaners in my own town.
