?? PUT MY HOUSE IN DANGER OF BURNING DOWN. BEWARE. ?? The electrical wiring components that go from the HVAC unit directly to the house were installed completely negligently and a FIRE HAZARD THAT PUT MY FAMILY'S LIFE AT RISK. They even used bubble wrap to "waterproof" an open hole on the box. Another HVAC company who did the repair was shocked at the negligence. They luckily found the issue because it literally sparked at them, which again, could have BURNED DOWN MY HOUSE. We have been dealing with them for several years about many issues they fail to address. Completely incompetent and negligent. Penguin will lie and gaslight about this. However, I have photos and invoices detailing all of it for anyone to see. ?

I was very impressed with Nathan White. He took the time to call the manufacturer and stayed on the line for a while to find out out coverage. He was friendly, thorough and kind. I would continue to use Penguin just because he was the service tech. Good job!

Excellent Customer Service! Mykel gave me the 30 minute pre-call and when he arrived was very professional and friendly. He went above and beyond to explain the air conditioner issue to me, gave an up front price and completed to job efficiently. We will definitely use Penguin Air in the future and will actually request Mykel!! Great overall experience.

Great guys- great job. All companies I had give an estimate gave the same number which seemed really high to me, but I donâ t know what their costs are and maybe Covid increased their rates. Despite the high cost that I couldnâ t get around, I hired a Penquin snd glad I did.

Outstanding and friendly service! quick turnaround on install. I think their monthly maintenance program is a great concept and will save you tons of money in the long run. Only thing I thought was a bit of a hassle was having to schedule multiple people to come out just to give you a quote. Plummer came out to then tell me they had to have his manager come out to sell me the water softener system- then depending on how long it takes another appointment just to install. Was bit of a hassle but luckily I was off work for a week so it wasn’t a huge deal. They will try to upsell you but not pushy by any means. Definitely recommend!

Gerry was very helpful and he made calls to me to let me know exactly what was going on with the install of our gas lines and the status of the installer. (we had a couple gas lines run from the outside gas bib to the barbecue and to the soon-to-be firepit) Installers Dakota and Colton were super nice guys and did a great job of trenching in the steamy hot humid weather and then installing the runs. I appreciate everyone at Penguin that I came into contact with.

Contracted afternoon of Dec 23; Tech arrived 7AM Dec 24. Coordinated install with electrician and had us up and running by mid morning. All contacts were extremely courteous and professional. Highly recommend Penguin!
