They arrived on time and the man was pleasant and clean cut. They are very nice and professional and were extremely accommodating and helpful. It has always been a pleasant experience doing business with them.

It went real well. Todd came on Sunday to finalize the deal. I hated to have him leave his family on a Sunday but I also have a family to take care of, and right now they needed air conditioning. They showed up bright and early Tuesday morning and finished before the end of the day. They had about 3 crews on it. Everyone was real professional. There were 3 things that I had a little problem with. One, they should have told us when they were turning the air back on. A lot of stuff blew out of the vents on my kids and some guests. 2, they should have cleaned up under all the vents in the house. They did clean up their mess but they should have cleaned up the mess from the air ducts after kicking on the new units. The third problem was they sent a guy out in a Yankees cap. (Enough said.) There still is a little follow up that needs to be done, but we can already tell that these new Lennox units are fantastic. So are the air filters. It's expensive but worth it.

They had a quick response time. The plumber showed up according to the scheduled time. He went straight to his work and completed quickly. The company is a little on the expensive side.

They were the lowest bid of three other places I had asked about and they just did a pretty good job! They were very friendly and were extremely responsive because I called them because I had a small issue and they came out in less than 2 hours and fixed my problem.

I thought that these guys were very professional, and they really did a great job. They arrived when they were supposed to, and I am very happy with the outcome of their work. I definitely recommend them.

We actually own two homes, and my mother lives in one, and we live in the other. We purchased the water heater for the house she lives in. That is also the guest house that all our family stays in when they come to visit. I have several sisters, so we wanted a good, heavy duty water heater that would be sturdy and last us a long time. We have been very pleased with our purchase.

We have used them before in the past and I always ask for the same service guy. Their work is very thorough and efficient. I really don't remember how much they charged us this last time but I know it was reasonable.

I was able to schedule the plumbers to come out the next day. They were prompt and professional, completing the repair in about an hour. They were careful to tidy everything up before they left; only leaving me with the small hole to repair.

Overall, they are great. They are reliable, responsible, and punctual and do great quality work. These guys had to fix the horrible job another company did. The price is a little high but they did a good job. They don t charge on holidays or weekends.

I was very satisfied with them. Their prices I thought were very fair and competitive. The plumber was very friendly and professional and knew what he was doing. The quality of his work was excellent and I would definitely hire them again in the future.

I am on a yearly plan with them where they come out twice a year to check my air conditioning system. They come in the summer and in the winter. They seem to do a good job and they only take about a 1/2 hour. They are also very reasonable in their price if something needs to be done.

He did cut a hole in the wall and said it was saturated inside but could not determine where the leak was without going further. I had him stop at that point as I had another plumber coming out and wanted a 2nd opinion. The 2nd plumber said he should never have cut a hole in the wall without knowing where the pipes were located and/or a leak detection had been done. He also found that the ice maker was leaking behind the fridge. I wish I had gone with the 2nd plumber first and saved the cost of making the hole and now repairing the cement block and sheetrock necessary by the 1st plumber's actions.

Rich did an excellent job; on time, with a positive attitude and did good work. Great follow-up on parts availability.

We were happy with the work and will use them again.

These people are THE BEST. They had visited us twice in the past month on issues and didn't charge us a cent because they did no work. So we called them to do this work. It ended up being a bit more work than the plumber originally thought but he held the $300 price nonetheless. These people are punctual, responsive, caring, and operate with integrity. I HIGHLY recommend them and will use them again.

I requested info through Angie's List via email. I received a phone call within 15 minutes. Since I had a plumbing and a/c issue, they worked to set them up so both would show up at the same time, very convenient. The technicians were excellent, very professional. I highly recommend them.

This is the hardest working, and most effective, Realtor you will ever find! She does her homework. She deals with ALL aspects of getting ready and selling. She works very hard, always going the extra mile, and dealing expertly with any and everything that comes up. She keeps the client in the loop and in control. IT WENT AS PROMISED.

The plumber that came out was very friendly and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time understanding what my requests were and explained how the job would be done and how long it would take. After getting all the information from me of what I needed done he worked out the estimate. Everything up to this point had been great and I had high hopes that the estimate would be reasonable and I could hire this guy to do the work. The estimate came to over $2,700. ($2,000 for the tub alone). The cost for the sink and shower were competitive and fair. After getting three more estimates from other 'A' rated Angie's List plumbers, I found that Parker & Sons was $800 to $1,300 more than the other quotes. I really liked dealing with Parker & Sons and I think they would do a great job but their price for the tub work was just too over the top.

I called them last August when my AC unit was just running and was not cooling the house. I called and they came right over. The technician said that the relay on the control unit in the attic had water leaking on it and had blown. He also said that the air handling duct in the attic was the wrong size and to prevent another leak, that I should get that replaced also. I paid for the relay that day, and a few weeks later, they replaced a air handler duct. I paid for the new duct also. A few weeks later, I heard a pinging noise in one of the bedrooms and I found water stains on a ceiling corner. Right under the area where all the work had been done. They came and said that no glue had been used on the fittings and the water was leaking from all the brand new fittings. They fixed and said they would be calling about the damage to my ceiling and wall. I'm still waiting for a call back. 3 months later, I had to get my AC recharged. Apparently, my first $1200+ didn't include a freon check.

From the time I called Parker and Sons for an initial estimate, to the time the crew had completed the install, every aspect went smoothly and was handled professionally. I could tell that customer service was a main priority for the company and all their employees.
