First, Pat the technician was excellent. He went above and beyond to try to help me. Now, the reason for my rating. When I hired G&R I explicitly stated I had a blocked air duct-as in no air coming through it, nothing. What I needed was a camera to see the exact reason for the issue. Pat did not have a camera. He tried very hard to assist me, but $285 later all I had was a hole in my wall (which I allowed) and more questions than answers. Doesn't someone at G&R read the reason for the call before wasting everyone's time and money?

Texts and e-mails letting you know when they were coming were great to get. My AC unit was working but not cooling when they got to my house. They stated it was the motor that was burned out. Ordered a new motor and came to put it in. The compressor blew out the new motor supposedly and now they stated I needed a whole new unit. Quoted me $7200 for a new unit for my condo which was outrageous. Received 2 more quotes from other vendors that were between $2700-$3000 cheaper. I am still waiting for my refund from what I had to put down to begin work. They also took my old motor and the replaced motor away so the other vendors couldn't verify if that was the actual issue. Buyer beware.

Service was quick & efficient, but scheduled time was delayed without a follow-up phone call to inform us.

Not so sure how long it will last. I will know for sure next year. It is not a low cost service. I hope the quality will last.

Service was outstanding our A/C went out on July 2 and Jay our technician was out the following day by noon. He did a quick diagnosis and was able to fix the problem efficiently. Jay did a great job of letting us know when he would be to our house and was right on time.

Went to HomeAdvisor at 5PMish. Only one business came up for broken A/C. I was contacted right away. I agreed to pay extra for the repair to be done that night. I was told to expect the repairman between 6:30 - 8:30. I received a no show and no call. After calling and waiting more and calling a few more times the repairman was dispatched and finally arrived shortly after 10PM. The repairman Pat did a wonderful job. I just wish I wasn't given the inaccurate information on the phone.

Service was great. Our A/C broke the day before the 4th of July. I called at almost the close of business on July 3 and the technician (Rob) was at our house the next morning. He recommended an efficient repair and did a system check before he left.

The repair tech (Jay, I believe) called and said he could come earlier which was perfect as I had somewhere to go later. He showed up when he said he would, inspected the unit inside and then went outside to see if he could determine what the issue was. This was on a Sunday in the middle of the day in some of the most oppressive heat in recent memory. He diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in less than 10 minutes. He explained fully what was needed and quoted cost before proceeding. Ver professional and efficient.

Excellent customer service, kept me informed on technician status and arrival time. Technician gave great feedback , price quote and explained necessary problems to be corrected.

The repair person called to let me know they were running behind, which I thought was great and allowed me to run errands and not waste my time waiting for them. He inspected the AC and told me I need to replace the system due to age. Asked for an estimate to replace the AC and furnace. The estimate was very high but the inspection fee seemed reasonable. I hired another company to install the AC and furnace
