Friendly, courteous and very professional service. The technician Jay, explained everything that was being done to troubleshoot the system first then proceeded to show what needed to be replaced. I am very pleased. Thank you!

I indicated in the job description the "Diagnostic indicator" has 4 red flashes which means "Open High Limit Switch" written on the control board. However, after their inspection, I need to pay extra $75 because they do not have the replacement part of the High Limit Switch sensor in their van. The $75 is for extra trip to get the part. Otherwise, they are polite, good to work with, and fixed the problem.

They called me quickly and were able to set up an appointment that day. The repairman waixientdly and efficient.

Although the issue was fixed within 10 minutes after diagnosing the problem; prices are ridiculous.

Awesome customer service and excellent work performed. Only company that would respond on the Friday going into Labor Day Weekend and fix AC with Temps over 90. Rob, our repair person was simply the best I have worked with in years. Rob correctly assessed the issues and presented a repair plan. Unfortunately it required a part not readily available do to the Holiday weekend. G&R offered to get the parts supply company to open on the Holiday Weekend at a cost but still get us the part. If not for them we would have been in our house all weekend in over 90 degree temps. Rob got the part on Saturday and was out to complete the repair as promised. No problems since. I highly recommend G&R for HVAC repairs. Their customer service is fantastic. Great company, great service. Rob was the best HVAC person I have worked with in 20 years. Don't call anyone else.

Very capable and nice technician. He predicted the problem (outdoor AC) and was spot on. He fixed it with a new capacitor in minutes. He also removed a surprise mouse nest from last winter. We will call again.
