Prevent maintenance checkup

G&R is very professional when it concerns the Heating & Air Conditioning. My air went out and I called and they were here within 2 hours with a new motor that I needed. Originally I requested replacement of duct work system and gave me the impression that they would do this kind of work because they sent someone to inspect and estimate. After 2 days of not hearing from them. I called to inquire about the follow up, and I was told they were not equipped to handle the ducts under my manufactured home.

My air conditioner had been checked by another company and they missed this. Then the other company was unwilling to make an emergency call on a Sunday night to fix my unit when it went out (again). Alan from G&R Heating and Air came out on Sunday night and repaired my unit for a very fair price. I was beginning to feel sick from the heat, so it felt like G&R saved my life!!!!!

I called another business and they never called me back. I called this business and within maybe an hour they had a technician out and my central air was fixed.
