The technician Justin arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and began working right away. He was very knowledgeable and had my confident from the start. Justin was courteous, informative, and worked quickly to get my AC properly functioning

This outfit has a great customer care department, kept us up to date on the arrival times of their crew and even answered the phone after hours with a live agent when I needed to ask a few questions on a follow up call. Delano was great with the diagnosis of a clogged condensation drain line and went the extra mile to make sure everything was functioning properly before he left to his next call. Joe and Mike were professional, courteous and did a great job with the installation. I liked these guys so much that I signed on to their service plan, something I'd never done before with any other contractors.

The upcharge on the replacement capacitor was outrageous. But it was a quick response when needed and the service tech was very nice.

The technician came out after 11 pm when other companies could not until the next morning. Mr. Meriweather, was very courteous, and fast with the repair. I will definitely call G & R in the future for any heating and air conditioning needs.
