It went so smoothly!!! I had contacted Eddie some four or fives years ago and when I had a very not nice experience with another mortgage company this year re: refi, I contacted Eddie. He remembered me, received my query with great sensitivity and enthusiasm. We processed the refinance of my mortgage and I am a very happy lady! The entire team from Eddie, his brother, the other staff in his office, the title company with whom he works were extremely responsive and helpful. I could not have asked for a better experience!

I?ve been an Angie?s List member for quite some time now. Over the last several years I?ve hired highly rated and skilled contractors recommended by other Angie?s list members to have my home remodeled, repainted, new roof installed and A/C, plumbing, electrical repairs and termite treatment. One tip I have for prospective clients is to have all your information handy and ready at your fingertips as it allows Eddie and his team to process your loan more quickly and efficiently. I printed out a mortgage loan refinance checklist I found on the internet of what documents would be needed like tax returns, pay stubs, etc. and saved them in PDF format on a portable flash drive. I brought it with me to work and whenever I received an email from either Eddie or Kristi, I was able to quickly provide them whatever info they needed.

This was the 7th home that we have purchased. Dealing with this company was a wonderful experience. They processed all the papers in a timely manner. They did not ask for excessive amounts of paperwork, only paperwork that was relative to getting a mortgage. They worked with my realtor very professionally. I did a lot of research to find the right team to work with on refinancing our home due to some issues of only having one income I was not working I knew we where in for a challenge but upon the first call Eddie answered and his reception to my call made me and my husband feel like anything was possible. I found Eddie on Angie's List late Friday night and he responded on Saturday to get things in motion. They gave credit for all their origination fees, arranged for the appraisal, worked with our seller financed lender, found the best loan rate, navigated the complicated deed transfer, recommended a homeowner's insurance agent and brought the Notary to our home on a Saturday to explain the final details and sign so we could close in the 30 day window. It could not have been more convenient or easy. I knew I wanted to refinance before my interest rate and payment went up but was dreading the process -- everything was done on line or over the phone -- quick, easy and really saved us a bunch of cash. Buying a seller financed home really helped us get into a beautiful home and Eddie's team has helped us make it purely our own with a mortgage we can afford. Thanks Eddie and team!!

Refinancing a house is so complicated. I used Angie's list and the recommendations of a realtor friend to check out different lenders. Even among lenders who offered to meet or beat any other lender's fee, none of them were able to give us the deal that Eddie did. The loan fee was $750 but we were given a credit of $239 based, I think, on our credit rating. We went from a 30-year loan at 5.5% to a 15-year loan at 3.5%. There was reams of paperwork and forms but Eddie and his assistant, Kristi, made sure we understood everything all the way through and were available for questions, and always returned phone calls and e-mails promptly. They did everything they said they would do and we felt confident in their service and integrity throughout. This form requires me to give an address at which the service was performed but it was done over the phone and through e-mail and fax.

Eddie reviewed a home builder's mortgage contract for any details out of the ordinary, provided advice on other options I was considering and was overall extremely helpful on very short notice. Excellent provider that I will call again when the time is right.

Worked with Eddie Knoell and staff to apply for and fund a refinance of our home mortgage. The application process was done online and fairly painless if you have all the information needed at hand. After the initial application the process was fairly straight forward. Signature Home Loans was very responsive to emails and phone calls and documents were mailed quickly when completed. We did have an issue unique to our situation that could have derailed the refinance, but Eddie was able to work with us and the lender to maintain the interest rate lock and get the loan approved. I would recommend Signature Home Loans if you are considering a refinance or home purchase loan.

I contacted Eddie Knoell because of the wonderful ratings he had on Angies List, and frankly I never hire anyone without checking with Angies List first. He answered the phone immediately and was a true gentleman. Right from the start I liked him! I had spent quite a bit of time researching my interest rate options before I called him and knew what rate I wanted and could get and knew what other lenders were offering, including my existing lender; Chase Bank. All the other lenders were hovering around $3000 - $3500 in closing costs and all but one was quoting me 3.65-3.75%. I had one lender that was quoting me $3000 and 3.5% so I knew I could get that rate, but wanted to pay less in closing costs. My husband and I have excellent credit ratings so I knew that wouldn't get in our way. All the lenders I spoke to were telling me that what I wanted wasn't available and that I shouldn't even try. Plus, after I told them that I didn't want to work with them; they didn't stop baggering me both at home and on my cell for MONTHS! So annoying!! I wanted to change my phone numbers! Anyway, Eddie was so professional, never pushy, always upfront, honest, patient, kind, and the best part.... he always returned my call, my emails and was always ready and willing to answer all my questions. I can't say enough wonderful things about him and his company. I had so much trouble with the other lender that I was going to go with that I had to ask for my Appraisal Deposit back because they were so hard to deal with and so "unhelpful" and rarely returned a phone call. We just closed today, June 12, 2013 and I couldn't be happier with Grand Canyon Title Company as well. We were going to be out of town for a week around the day we were supposed to close and not knowing for sure if the closing date would happened as hoped, Eddie contacted Bambi at Grand Canyon Title and she arranged to have a Notary come to our home the night before we were to leave to make sure our loan docs were signed, notarized and in the hands of the Title Company before we went out of town. Very Classy!! We had a Trust before we opened escrow and our home needed to be taken out of the Trust when we refinanced and then put back into the Trust after we closed. Bambi, from Grand Canyon Title, was steller and johnny on the spot with her communication with me and with her availability to make the closing happen in a timely fashion!! We Made It! I couldn't be more pleased and I couldn't recommend Eddie Knoell more! You won't be disappointed, if anything you will be surprised at how amazing he is! This is not an easy process these days and it feels so good to have someone in your corner! Thank you Eddie, you are the BEST!

Eddie kept us in the loop when it appeared that our loan would not close before the lock expired and assured as that he would get the lock extended. We got it done in time without any problem be because Eddie was on top of things.
