It went so smoothly!!! I had contacted Eddie some four or fives years ago and when I had a very not nice experience with another mortgage company this year re: refi, I contacted Eddie. He remembered me, received my query with great sensitivity and enthusiasm. We processed the refinance of my mortgage and I am a very happy lady! The entire team from Eddie, his brother, the other staff in his office, the title company with whom he works were extremely responsive and helpful. I could not have asked for a better experience!

I?ve been an Angie?s List member for quite some time now.  Over the last several years I?ve hired highly
rated and skilled contractors recommended by other Angie?s list members to have
my home remodeled, repainted, new roof installed and A/C, plumbing, electrical repairs
and termite treatment.  So when I decided
to refinance my mortgage again, I turned to Angie?s List and found Eddie Knoell

refinancing was to consolidate debts and though my house didn?t appraise high
enough for me to completely consolidate them all, I?m in a better position now to
pay them off.

the Christmas holiday weekend to go over and keep me up to date on things. They

One tip I have for prospective clients is to have all your
information handy and ready at your fingertips as it allows Eddie and his team
to process your loan more quickly and efficiently.  I printed out a mortgage loan refinance checklist
I found on the internet of what documents would be needed like tax returns, pay
stubs, etc. and saved them in PDF format on a portable flash drive.  I brought it with me to work and whenever I received
an email from either Eddie or Kristi, I was able to quickly provide them whatever
info they needed.

This was the 7th home that we have purchased.  Dealing with this company was a wonderful experience.  They processed all the papers in a timely manner.  They did not ask for excessive amounts of paperwork, only paperwork that was relative to getting a mortgage.  They worked with my realtor very professionally.

I would use The Eddie Mortgage team in the future and recommend them to anyone I know looking for a mortgage.

Scott Greene and his staff provided the best service and professional assistance in obtaining a new home loan. Scott was one the best loan officer I've ever dealt with in the mortgage industry. Very straight forward and upfront on loan costs. Highly recommended.

Eddie provided an amazing job informing me of good tactics and legitimate tricks to get into a home loan that was affordable with a low interest rate. A really good person with really wholesome values and good reliability.

I did a lot of research to find the right team to work with on refinancing our home due to some issues of only having one income I was not working I knew we where in for a challenge but upon the first call Eddie answered and his reception to my call made me and my husband feel like anything was possible. Thus the process began he discuss what he thought we could do, should do and finally what we did. His team Jenny and Kristi worked with me side by side to get the papers and documents in the right hands for approval. I found Eddie on Angie's List late Friday night and he responded on Saturday to get things in motion.  They gave credit for all their origination fees, arranged for the appraisal, worked with our seller financed lender, found the best loan rate, navigated the complicated deed transfer, recommended a homeowner's insurance agent and brought the Notary to our home on a Saturday to explain the final details and sign so we could close in the 30 day window.  It could not have been more convenient or easy.  I knew I wanted to refinance before my interest rate and payment went up but was dreading the process -- everything was done on line or over the phone -- quick, easy and really saved us a bunch of cash.  Buying a seller financed home really helped us get into a beautiful home and Eddie's team has helped us make it purely our own with a mortgage we can afford.  Thanks Eddie and team!!

Refinancing a house is so complicated. I used Angie's list and the recommendations of a realtor friend to check out different lenders. Even among lenders who offered to meet or beat any other lender's fee, none of them were able to give us the deal that Eddie did. The loan fee was $750 but we were given a credit of $239 based, I think, on our credit rating. We went from a 30-year loan at 5.5% to a 15-year loan at 3.5%. There was reams of paperwork and forms but Eddie and his assistant, Kristi, made sure we understood everything all the way through and were available for questions, and always returned phone calls and e-mails promptly. They did everything they said they would do and we felt confident in their service and integrity throughout. 
This form requires me to give an address at which the service was performed but it was done over the phone and through e-mail and fax.
