My outdoor faucet in the back yard would not release the hose which was attached to it. In attempt to remove it from the faucet the week prior, I bent/broke the copper pipe coming from inside my house which is the water source for the faucet. This required the water to be shut off entirely to the yard until the pipe/faucet could be repaired. I have a garden and a significant number of plants/trees in the yard so it was imperative to have this repaired quickly.

Within a couple of hours of having purchased the online deal I was contacted by Moon Valley confirming a time/day that I chose during the purchase process. I was informed my service would take place sometime between 7-9 AM on that day. On the service day, as I was opening my garage door to take out the trash at 7:01 AM I was greeted by a couple of very friendly techs eager to start work. I took them to the issue, they thoroughly evaluated it and gave me my options. I chose to have the entire outdoor valve assembly repaired as there have been other issues/annoyances with it since I had a sprinkler system installed/attached to it for my garden (every time the sprinkler system would turn on you could hear a loud knocking sound from inside my house coming from the faucet area). The techs suggested I replace the whole assembly as it was very corroded and I had also broken the PVC pipe which connected the garden water supply to the assembly (you can tell I was really having a bad day when I originally attempted to remove my hose from the faucet). They then assessed my sprinkler system valves and offered some recommendations if the assembly replacement didn't not resolve the knocking sound.

I originally purchased the faucet replacement deal on Angie's list and was hopeful the responding tech's could provide guidance on how I could repair the other damage I created. They not only gave me suggestions, but offered to perform the repair for an additional $200. I realized that was a lot of money, but I had priced the parts, the time it would take for me to repair it myself, along with the fact that it would've required soldering and the price they offered was very fair. That and I did not expect them to include the repair of the PVC pipe connecting my sprinkler system to the faucet assemble.

Roughly an hour later they were done, showed me their work, tested the system and all was good again. They noticed another similar knocking sound from the front yard faucet assembly when the water was turned back on. It could be due to all the faucets in the house having been turned on at the time of turning the entire water supply off, but they noticed the assembly had signs of leakage. They indicated I should be OK for now, but to monitor it and contact them if/when a repair was needed. As well, when me backyard sprinkling system turned on as scheduled shortly after they departed, the knocking sound was no where to be found!

From start to finish this company was very prompt and professional. The entire experience was great and I not only recommend them, but will use them again in the future for my plumbing needs. Thanks Guys!

Anthony was the service technician that came to our home. We thought we had a leaking hot water heater in our garage. There were puddles of water behind and in front of the hot water heater. Anthony did some troubleshooting and was able to discover that the leak was not the hot water heater; The leak was actually from a pipe inside the wall behind the hot water heater. Turns out the copper tubing over the years had developed a leak and it was creating major problems every time we ran the water. He quickly and neatly cut out the drywall and drilled through the block wall to fix the problem and quickly cleaned up. He was very professional and friendly throughout the ordeal of the troubleshooting with me hanging over his shoulder and my neighbor as well. He could have easily told me that yes we have a leaking water heater and charged me $700 to $1000 or more for a new hot water heater -but due to his professionalism and expertise he diagnosed the problem correctly and we only had to pay $237!!!! Anthony was wonderful and Pam at the scheduling desk was very helpful as well. We would definitely use Moon Valley plumbing again! One other positive note: while discussing Anthony's prior plumbing background while he was working, he went on to tell me how wonderful this company is to work for and that he was really proud of the company and said how wonderful it is to be treated with trust and respect - that was a wonderful tribute.

The young man JR, was polite ,efficient and  got he job done quickly. I was very impressed will use them again!

The work took about four hours and he had to dig in lots of mud to find the break and it was also raining which made it worse. The young mans name was Jason and he updated me on what he was doing and how the job was progressing and I found that professional. Good job Jason!

Tech arrived on time, accessed the situation quickly and performed the repair with excellent knowledge and skill. He had a very pleasant demeanor, well groomed, professional at all times. Highly recommend this service.

I had never heard of this provider. I had signed up for an insurance recommended by the Tucson Water Department which covers expenses related to exterior sewer lines. I had an emergency and they contracted Moon Valley Plumbing. MVP called and said they would have someone over in 30 minutes. The technician was extremely cordial and friendly, and knew what he was doing. He explained what I can do to prevent the situation from occurring too often in the future. I would use them again.

The service went very well. He came in and unclogged the kitchen sink. He also fixed a toilet and did some small fine tunings in the bathroom which made a big difference with the drainage. He did an excellent job.

We had an old gas water heater that started to leak at night. We called the answering service and they were out first thing the next morning to install it.  We have used them several other times and they are dependable, professional, and honest. We would recommend them to our friends and family.

Besides the cost being a little high, everything went well and it's a great garbage disposal

Moon Valley plumbers, Nathan and Alex, were amazing. Moon Valley was the second plumbing service out to make my rather complicated repairs. The other service left a busted drain pipe in my floor. Needless to say, by the time Nathan and Alex got here, I was rather distraught. They were kind and professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. told me how they would manage the repair and put me at ease. I could not be happier with their level of service, their courtesy and the care they took inside my home. They cleaned up every bit of mess and worked quickly and cheerfully. These guys are great ambassadors for Moon Valley. I hope I never need another plumber -- but if I do, my first and only call will be to Moon Valley.
