I am very picky and not real comfortable with people in my home but they girls were great. In fact I have set up a regular bi-weekly cleaning service with them. I would highly recommend Lucy's Immaculate Cleaning Service.

They do an excellent job, they go above and beyond what ever needs to be done. We were out of town for a couple of weeks so, when we returned they even cleaned the patio and all the furniture on it. If you are looking for some one you can trust even if you are out of town this company is for you.

I am always pleased with the end results. These gals wipe down blinds, ceiling fans, door frames, windows, you name it, it is cleaned. I have used this cleaning service for over a year now and will continue their services. Would be helpful if they would agree to use my cleaning products, thus allowing for more affordable services. I have tried several other cleaning companies for less $ but the end results aren't comparable to Lucy's. I highly recommend this company.

The crew is very very good, the home is cleaned as if I had done it myself. I am very particullar and the crew alway meets my expectations and above.

Excellent job. The crew was here all day. I think they ran out of time toward the end, but having experience with cleaning crews for rentals, the cost was well worth it. They did all the blinds, fans, baseboards, etc. I will be using them for routine cleaning every other week for $125 per visit.

Lucy showed up on time which is very important to us, and her staff quickly took ownership of the cleaning process. Lucy was very responsive to our directions and made great suggestions as well for the future. Lucy and her staff are easy to communicate with and are always looking to please -- such a great attitude and so necessary in a service business. I also like that Lucy communicates via text message and email, which makes all of our lives easier.

On the first job, Ms. Lucy met the women who were to clean the house, and went over everything that was to be done. The work was completed on time and much to my satisfaction. One time I was home, the other I was not. The women were hard-working and accomplished all that was asked of them.

I would recommend this company and I will used them again, myself!

I have been using them for about 3 years. I don't know what city they are located in because I just leave a check. They have only missed an appointment one time in 3 years so there are no problems there. They come once every 2 weeks. Their price is pretty reasonable compared to other companies. They do a decent job of cleaning. They are not the best but based on what I am paying them, it is fine. Usually the people who actually come to clean the house have limited English skills, but Lucy, the main contact, speaks English just fine. Language is a problem. Usually it is the same person that comes to your house, but not always. If there is any type of trust issues with different people coming to the house, it could be an issue. She charges us per visit.
