Dry Cleaning Service
It was not until I got my clothes back to the car that I noticed that lab coat had a burned area. It was brand new and had never been worn. I took it back in. I told the person that I needed the coat the next day and that I was a part time employee and that this was the only lab coat I had. The owner came out and said that the alterations person would repair it. We had to negotiate when I would come back. I work near the dry cleaner, but I don't live near there. They agreed to repair it within the hour. I came back, with my two young children. I thought someone would have the courtesy to bring the item to my car. The cleaners was not at all busy. They had seen the children were with me on my first visit. They did not. The owner did not come out to apologize. The repair work was satisfactory. If I had been the owner, I would have given a coupon for free service or comped (sp?) the lab coat charge.
