They remove all the existing materials, the bath tub and the toilet and then they change basically the bathed area into a shower area so they put in the tiles on the floor and on the walls and they were just very good and very knowledgeable and did the job and it looks very nice.

The service provided was professional, prompt and they did an overall great job.

Very disappointed in this service. Originally quoted $250. I said Angie's list has a special $99 for 299 of services. They said they have their own special and would do it for $100. I agreed. The technician showed up and said his office made a mistake and it would cost $300 because the faucet has a filtration system and it would take all morning to install. I declined the services. Not very professional. Now I am back to square one.

Steve came out and did an estimate which I had agreed to. When he came a couple weeks later to perform the work, he then stated he wouldn't do the drywall cracks in the ceiling which were agreed to in the original statement of work. I have to get another drywall company to come out and do that now, and they have a minimum of $200. They took $150 off the price for the inconvenience. Steve's other work on the exhaust vent relocation was good, though the stucco repair does not blend in at all and quite frankly looks awful. He also didn't paint the exhaust hood on the outside of the house, so I have a big black box sitting there that I have to paint myself. I should have looked before he left, but wasn't counting on a 2nd trip. Similar issue with the drywall texture - doesn't blend in well and sanding appears very rough. I was expecting a bit better quality on the appearance for such experience. Overall, I would probably hire handyman connection and even Steve again, but maybe not for cosmetic projects that you want to look professional.

Excellent. I was very impressed with the organization of the Handyman Connection. Their scheduling, feedback and reliability were excellent. Raul, the contractor, was a pleasure to work with. He was prompt, very professional, and did excellent work. I would not hesitate to contact Raul and the organization for future projects.

John Reynolds showed up promptly, figured out a solution and the silverware drawer was fixed within two hours -- including a trip by John to the local hardware store for supplies. We were beyond pleased! The silverware is finally off of the kitchen counter and back in the drawer where it belongs!

The electrician, Bob, was pleasant, courteous and efficient. The new light works fine.

Mark gave us a quote on the spot. Once we approved the quote, he got right to work, and was very thorough, but very efficient. We are very satisfied with the results.

The bathroom remodel went extremely well. The master contractor Mark is a perfectionist.  He cleaned up his work everyday and was on time everyday. Our dog had to greet him daily.  We will recommend Mark with Handyman Connection every opportunity we can.
