Great service

The handyman was very friendly and showed up on time. BUT--- Prices are too high for work done and he was incredibly SLOW--here from 8:15 until 2 pm. Hanging the ceiling fans alone took almost 4.5 hours. I would've thought they would have installed a few of them before. The wall patch does not match surrounding texture. He did not fix the door latch, just wd-40'd it- a 10 minute fix. I handed the guy a borrowed nail gun to install the 12" trim- so a 5 minute job. I will not use this company again.

It worked out pretty well. They were prompt, and kind. They seemed to know what they were doing.

It was fine. I called them and they couldn't do much about it. A couple of months after the fact, it was a fence that came down with the storm, we found out that the post wasn't in deep enough. We ended up having to do the work ourselves and had to dig the post-hole deeper.

It went alright. They could have given a better estimate and a better handyman. He didn't do the best work.

I was happy with them.  He was careful with what he was doing and I like that.They were really quick, he was on time. They followed up with some emails, the guy that was here really seemed to know what he was doing he had to do some dry wall work at the same time to get the outlet in and he did a good job on that as well.

John did an excellent job. He was right on time each day. He matched the baseboard and the paint colors exactly and his work was all one could wish for. When he finished the job, the two rooms he worked in and the garage where he did the sawing, etc. were cleaner and neater than when he started.

Fantastic. He arrived on time and quickly assessed the work needed. Gave us a fair estimate and completed the work in a timely fashion. We can't even see where he patched the wall. It blends in perfectly.

The electrical outlets and switches all went very well and wer done quickly. The doorbell wasn't installed because it was not compatible with my electronic chime system.

Disappointed in several areas. The original bid of $650 seemed high, so I emailed the company saying it should not take enough hours to charge that much. They replied that the job is not priced on an hourly rate, and I could get a second bid. I should have, but I trusted that they would know a fair price and bid that amount. They are the experts. They promised that two painters would come so that the job could be done in one day. Only one painter came, saying the other guy often does not show up. The painter was here for 6.5 hours, so the price turned out to be $100 per hour. Pretty steep for a handyman painter. The job is average. Not very good because he did not mask it, and just trusted his painting skills. He did not put down drop cloths in the back, getting paint drops on the patio floor. Nice guy, but not a professional painter. Beware of trusting them to submit a fair bid for the work done, and don't expect high quality work.

Greg arrived on time and ready to go. He replaced all the batteries in our smoke alarms, changed light bulbs, changed our air filters, and removed an area rug from under a bed. An hour or so after he left one of the smoke alarms began to chirp. I waited to see if it continued and it did. I called the office and within a short time Greg returned...although I bought brand new batteries, one was bad and he had to replace it. He was so nice and stayed to make sure everything was working. It is good to know there is someone to call when things need to be done around our house that we just cannot do.

They destroyed the old one and started new and put up a new one and that turned out pretty good. It ended up costing me a hell of a lot more than I thought it was going to. And probably a week ago I was standing outside talking to my neighbor and noticed that when he stained the fence, he didn't do the boards in between so I'm getting ready to call them and have them come out and stain the boards in between. It looks like no one has a work ethic any more. I think for $3000, I need paint or stain between my boards. I haven't called them to find out how they respond yet. He was here every time he said he was going to be. I was surprised it was only one guy all the time.

Expert attention to produce detailed, finished upgrades, budget "friendly" pricing, and delightful work environment. My highest possible recommendation with reference to overall performance and delivering up-to-date end product to what was formerly a sorry looking 1960's era home.

I couldn't have been happier, he showed up on time & was very kind. He ran out of the proper materials so he went to Home Depot and back a short time later to finish the job. (All in the same day) I look forward to hiring them again in the near future. I thought it was a fair price for what was done.

The job went very well. I am happy with the work that was done.
