Very well except that the hole made in the dry wall to rehang the pocket door still looks like a patched hole in the dry wall.

Very professionally done work. Results were much better than expected. The technician had broad and complete expertise. He used excellent judgement in how he completed the tasks. I have been a do it myself repairman for 40 years so I also have a broad, though not professional, knowledge. I am too old to do acceptable work any more but I know excellent workmanship when I see it.

Gordon,the person they sent out was shown the problem doors. The worst problem and the main reason for the call was the closet door in the master bedroom which I showed him first. We have experienced a lot of settling since we bought the house (in New River). The closet door would no longer close at all, in fact would stick about an inch open. I also showed him that I had pulled the door knob off one time when I tried to close the door. The other project was that we had five doors that wouldn't latch when closed. So he went to those doors and fixed those fairly quickly. No problem. Then he went to the closet door and forced it shut resulting in the damage of the top of the door jam. At first I thought no big deal he's going to pull it off to repair it anyway. He then tells us that he can't fix it, for that we would need to call "a door guy" my husband and I both said we were given the impression that he WAS a door guy!! So now we still need to find someone to fix the door and also repair the damage that he caused! He also told me to call a locksmith about the door handle. He IS NOT a handyman. More like a demolition crew!

Handyman Connection came out. Very nice and very professional. He inspected things to prepare an estimate. He was very polite and very thorough. The reason I choose not to go with Handyman Connection, was the price. They were a solid 2x over other estimates. They would totally be my go-to, if it wasn't for the very expensive estimate.

Tim did a superior job! Beautiful work all the way. Involved tearing out a wall, a desk and a cabinet to make a larger pantry for our kitchen. Of all the bids we got, his was the most reasonable plus he actually understood exactly what we wanted. He is truly a craftsman!

Horribly. These were time-sensitive jobs, given our need to get our house on the market, and my wife and I rearranged our schedules as well as those of other contractors to accommodate Handyman Connection. Do to the company's scheduling error, the contractor failed to show up for one appointment, forcing us to reschedule. The handyman was then unable to make it to the second appointment, and the company was unable to reschedule any of their contractors to work that day. Bottom line: when Handyman Connection's contractors show up, they do a good job. The bad news: the company doesn't appear committed to ensuring that the work is done in a timely fashion. Disappointing.

The road to our new guest bath could not have gone smoother. Allen is the ringmaster, sending in the next man as each step was completed. We would get a daily email stating time of arrival and who was coming the next day. Our team consisted of Tony (demo), Mike (tile - perfection, by the way), Brandon (re-surface), Tracy (beautiful paint), and Ron, the master craftsman who finished off the details. Each man called to confirm arrival time each day; everyone was always on time. We actually enjoyed each of these men being in our home; they were all quite entertaining. We provided our own supplies, so the cost shown was labor only. We simply couldn't be more pleased.

It went really well. There were different contractors for different parts of the job, all were nice and worked as expected. Only complaint was the tile guy didn't speak English, so communicating to him was tricky. Project was on schedule and no major hiccups. I added a last minute item, which they were able to accommodate for. Allen was extremely responsive and willing to help me complete my project for a fair and reasonable price. I've used Handyman Connection several times for other jobs and I will continue to based on this recent work.

The man who came advised me that he did not think the work was necessary given the dimensions I supplied for the new washer and dryer. However, my husband was nervous about it and so I asked him to proceed anyway. He did just as I asked, and was careful to minimize the mess and to warn me about smoke. The cabinets still look fine, and my husband was satisfied. The handyman was right, of course -- it would not have been necessary.
