THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO GIVE ME A FREE ESTIMATE BEFORE DOING ANY WORK. HE TIGHTENED FOUR SCREWS AND SAID HE WAS FINISHED. IT WORKED FINE FOR A DAY, BUT I STILL HAVE THE PROBLEM. IT TOOK HIM 5 MINUTES AND HE CHARGED ME $25 FOR IT.
