I hired these scamming *** people to service my yard, they took my money and provided minimal service to my yard. My yard looks the same, they didn't trim my trees as he said he would do, when I tried calling and texting Francisco scamming ***, he refused to respond, when I call him a sorry son of *****, he responded telling me to have a nice day. Easy for him to say after ripping me off. DO NOT PAY THIS SCAMMING *** PEOPLE UP FRONT, YOU WILL NOT GET THE SERVICE YOU OAID FOR. ANGIE SERVICE IS NO BETTER, CLAIM YOU CAN CALL THEM, ONLY TO GET A AUTOMATIC RESPONSE, NOT ANSWERING THEIR PHONE, ANGIE DON'T CARE WHAT CRIMINAL THEY ARE SENDING TO YOUR HOME. EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM ANGIE AND FRANCISCO LYING ***

My front lawn was in dire need of maintenance. He came by and gave me a quote. He messaged me saying it was done I asked him to send a picture he didn’t I didn’t have time to get out of work to go check I sent the money through Zell. I get home it look like my four-year-old did it. There were still weeds everywhere sidewalk was dirty I picked up what I could before heading in to eat dinner. And loaded up my trashcan Full of debris, twigs, branches, chopped up cactus that was not disposed of. I messaged him and let him know how bad that was and that if I wanted a half assed job done then I would not have paid him all that money. I got no response. So he didn’t even want to resolve the issue come back and get it cleaned up nothing.

Terrible nothing is evened out the rocks are all over my yard the quarter minus is so low I’m so scared when rain season gets here my yard will be a lake he did everything half way n when he said it was done and I paid him he said if I had any problems call him back is been 3 weeks n nothing my sprinklers aren’t watering all the yard some are pointing to the street there is huge rocks I’m scared to use my lawnmower so I have to clean the yard with a manual overall he did terrible he said I never mentioned nothing about the sprinkler system even this one the quote he gave me is marked he said he did all that for free he charged 3500 and couldn’t even spray weed killer on the quarter minus like I said is been 3 weeks and there is grass growing all over it I don’t not recommend this person he is just a big scam

Terrible. He treated the lawn and three weeks later none of the weeds have died. None. I am asking him to come out and retreat the lawn. He text back saying all I need to do is water it and weed/feed it. That is what I paid him $350 to do. What a rip off. This is no way to do business.

The team of 3 arrived early. Started work immediately after meeting with me and discussing my wants. Cleaned up debris. Very professional. I will be looking at future services from Francisco.

I have used them for years. They are dependable, does a good job. They do real good and he is reasonable. He is reasonable for me, because I have been with them for so long. They do the front and back of this house, and the front of the other house, they come out twice a month, so it's $120. I tell them what I want done, if they can't do then, they will set up a time when they can do it. They lay it all out and tell me how much it's going to cost, then they will come back and get it all done. I don't have a problem with anything they do. If there is anything special that I want done, I just call them and they send dad over. He comes over, looks at everything, gives me a price, and tells me when the kids will be here. They show up and everything gets done. They lock everything up and clean everything up. They don't leave a mess anywhere.
