Fancy floor did a great job with the white carpet. Although there was many stains on the carpet lots of them came out. Overall the carpet was very clean, while they are a fancy floor they cannot be a magic floor so what they did was just great.

Owner and professional carpet cleaner, Robert Rottler, contacted me immediately when I signed up for carpet cleaning. We made an appointment for this morning, 4-21-10. Robert was actually a few minutes early, did a professional job on our carpeting. It looks like new. And, it is 25 years old. Also, he cleaned 2 Moroccan rugs and they are beautifully restored to original good looks. All good newsl. Finally.

Rob was punctual, considerate, and did a wonderful job. Our carpets have never looked better. He gave us a fair price quote and stuck to it. He never tried to sell us additional services. I would definitely us Fancy Floor again.

Robert came in and did a super job on my tile cleaning and grout sealing. I am in the process now of trying to get him for my daughters house. He is just super. I got 2 estimates and the one that I did not choose, also did not get the floor clean when he came to do a sample spot of floor. Fancy Floor got it clean in one "swipe". He had better equipment for cleaning, because it did the job!

A Fancy Floor provided great service. He showed up on time and finished in less time than I expected. My floors and couch and chair look amazing. Like brand new. I also appreciate that everything he used was non toxic since I have pets and a baby on the way. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs their floors cleaned.

I decided on the most expensive of the three choices because I wanted the best results. I was also influenced by the reviews of this vendor. The job was very good but I may try the next less expensive competitor next time. From the work performed, I did not see anything amazingly different then what I would espect from anyone else. Although, he did give me a discount and I do appreciate that.
