New Step Install

The provider was scheduled to put new wood flooring in two rooms over two days.  The scheduled dates of service was schedule 4 weeks in advance.  One day before delivery of the services they called to say they could not complete the work on the dates scheduled.  I had movers coming the following week so this caused a serious issue as the work was carefully scheduled while the property was unfurnished.  I later found out the excuse they provided for not being able to work the second day was a lie.
The day of the delivery, no one from the store came out to ensure that services were provided appropriately.  When I found out what they were installing, the room was over half finished.  I found that instead of installing the high quality flooring that I ordered and paid a half deposit on, they installed significantly cheaper flooring that I did not order. 
Because of this I told them not to do the second room.  When I called to them them what happened, the store clerk was rude and argumentative and implied that the error was MY fault.
Now they are threatening me because i refuse to pay for service and products I did not receive.  They are charging more money, when I already paid half up front and only had them floor one room.  They refuse to adjust the bill for the inferior product that I received, they refuse to see me in person or to speak to me over the phone.  They have not idea what Customer Service and Integrity is and no idea what Service Recovery means.  I have never received an apology or offer to make amends for their fraudulent services.

Their installer was very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

I am planning to replace additional flooring in the fall and I will use them again.

I removed the old flooring so the price did not include floor removal.

Worked with Sue in the showroom, who is very patient and pleasant.  I found what I wanted online, actually, and took the info to her;  had sample out for several days with no problem.  Scheduled easily around my holidays and time off.  Called ahead about delivery of supplies and the need to put them inside to acclimate.  Called afterwards to make sure all had gone well.  
Installer, Tom, was super easy going, very pleasant, and meticulous with his work.  He really wanted things to fit well and look good.  He is not pushy about his opinion, but gave ideas and suggestions which I appreciated.  The floors look great, and I really like the baseboards he recommended.  We ran into trouble fitting the dishwasher because of the poor layout, so he worked around it while I decided what to do. Ended up with a smaller dishwasher, he installed for the going rate, and he triple checked it for leaks.  He cleaned up the work area when he was done.  And again, he's just a very nice man.  He did say they only use installers who can pass background checks, which is why he works alone.  It did take longer than I expected, but I've only had new flooring once before, and that was installed by a crew who were in and out, damaged my walls and put the seams in the worst places.  So this craftsmanship is so appreciated and is worth the extra time.

The service was excellent. We thought the price was high, but we looked at other companies and realized they were actually rather cheap in comparison.

We had used them previously. They did as good a job the second time around. They do a very good job. They have excellent service and their prices are very competitive with everybody else. We shopped around a little but you can?t shop everywhere for pricing. They came right on time and they were definitely professional.

Dynamic did a great job. The tile removal was done quickly, and with less disruption to our family than I thought. Sue made sure to have them leave the existing carpet in the family room until the flooring was being installed so we had one room we could use during the process. The new flooring took 5 days to install, and it is so well done - Tom is not only a craftsman, he is professional and personable. The backsplash looks great. There was a wait to get the backsplash installed, but that is because the original install date had to be moved since the other contractor had not finished the countertop install. Dynamic is a wonderful company to work with. They care about their customers and do everything they can to make sure they are happy.

They were easy to deal with and did a good job. I spent around $3000 I have no complaints.

Sales person was very informative and explained difference in various carpets. Installation done in one day with courteous and efficient workmen.

The work was done on time, and we are pleased with the results.

VERY PLEASED. HELPED US FOR MULTIPLE HOURS PICKING OUT A TILE AND GROUT. INSTALLATION OCCURRED WHEN PLANNED. WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE INSTALLATION; NO LARGE GAPS AND STRAIGHT GROUT LINES.

THIS IS THE FOURTH JOB I'VE HAD DYNAMIC DO. AS WITH THE OTHER JOBS, DYNAMIC DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. SPENT A LOT OF TIME HELPING US PICK THE RIGHT CARPET FOR HIGH TRAFFIC AREAS. PRICES WERE REASONABLE AND INSTALLATION WAS FIRST RATE. PLAN ON HAVING THEM DO TWO MORE ROOMS SHORTLY.

THIS WAS THE SECOND JOB I'VE HAD PERFORMED BY DYNAMIC FLOORING. THEY SPENT MULTIPLE HOURS WITH US PICKING OUT WOOD. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN TELLING US WHICH TYPES OF WOODS COULD HANDLE THE DRY CONDITIONS OF AZ. INSTALLATION OCCURRED ON SCHEDULE. WORKMEN WERE HERE TWO FULL DAYS AS THE CURVED STAIRCASE WAS DIFFICULT. HAD THEM REDO PART OF THE UPPER HALLWAY AS I WANTED THE WOOD TO GO FARTHER INTO THE ROOM. THE DID SO WITHOUT COMPLAINING. WORKMANSHIP WAS SO GOOD I'M PLANNING ON HAVING THEM DO WOOD FLOORING IN MY DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. THEY HAD A VARIETY OF CARPETS AND FLOORS TO CHOOSE FROM. THE JOB TOOK ABOUT THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME AS EXPECTED. THE ENDING PRODUCT LOOKS SEAMLESS AND PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY LARGE AREA THAT NEEDS COVERED.
