They did a great job. Was in and out in 3 hours. Cleaned up good. Workers were very nice and professional. Answered all questions. Willie's crew were very professional and I will call them when I need additional windows to replace. They had a flat tire on the truck, but called and let me know that they were going to be late (only about 30 mins).

Desert King was very thorough- their sales presentation was good (although a bit cheesy) & their customer service was wonderful. Our windows were custom-made within 3 weeks & installed by a team of really nice guys. They worked fast & cleaned-up after themselves. All the work was done within 3 hours. The pricing was extremely reasonable for the high-quality windows & installation. We will definitely recommend Desert King to friends.

Came on time, gave estimate, final price exactly the estimated price. Worked to get us some show windows. Ben, the sales person was great. They sent two crews, because we had so many windows They ran a little late in the day and installed the last window in the dark! We did have one issue with the door and upper window not lining up, but that was corrected the next week.

The company completely wasted my time. After many interactions, I was finally told that they "did not do new construction". This was after I had 4-5 phone/email exchanges with one of their employees and was given a promise for a quote that never came. And the manager didn't like it when I told them they wasted my time and that the company hired stupid people!
