Description of Work: My hot water heater started leaking. Brad was here 30 minutes after I call the office. He installed a new hot water heater and at my request a recirculating pump. He cleaned everything, hauled the old heater away and explained how the new equipment would work. I wish every service professional was as efficient and as customer service focused.

Description of Work: Replaced hot water heater. Hours after installation there was no hot water. Brad came back to our house about 9:30 pm to fix problem. Found it was a circuit breaker that was the cause. The fact that I was able to call Day and Night at 8 pm and had a serviceman at the house that night was outstanding.
