Description of Work: I have to qualify and say that I had 2 visits from them, and the only reason they're getting a B is because of the 2nd visit. On the first visit, I had clogged tub drain and toilet, which they roto-rooted out. They were able to come the same day, did the job and were very reasonable. The 2nd time I had them come back were slow drain/smell issues in the other bath. It was a different guy, and he just didn't really seem to want to do the job, telling me what the problem was, and that I could do it myself. Well all that's nice, and if I could have done it, I would have. So we can give him the benefit that maybe he was trying to save me $, but it seemed as though I had to emphasize to him to do it, that's what I had him come out for. So, would I use them again? Based on the first service, yes. Based on the 2nd service, no.
