Technician was great and helped point out some areas of improvement and immediate repairs needed. They offer up a maintenance plan as well which can be advantageous (it was for us) for customers who both need repairs and want to have maintenance done regularly. For us this approach was more cost effective than just paying a-la-cart for our repairs and it pre-pays us for and maintenance as well recommended for someone who wants peace of mind their AC is working well all year. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable and overall it was a great experience.

I always receive awesome service from Day and Night. Whenever I call, I get great service from the people on phone and when service rep shows up, they are always professional and courteous. I emailed them late in the evening and first thing next morning they responded and had a rep here by 9:00 am. Can't beat that service when it's 112 degrees out!! Thanks, Ricki!!!

Went well. Everyone at the company from sales to installation were good. I didn’t rate quality because it’s so soon after installation. I’m waiting to see if there’s any impact on my electric bill and hoping unit lasts a long time

Troy was absolutely punctual, polite, efficient and knowledgeable. He assessed the situation and installed a new garbage disposal. Mike the manager worked with me over the phone which allowed me to have Day and Night fix my under the sink leak. Would definitely recommend!

Day and Night always does first rate service. Communication with the office and with the technicians is always clear. I've had them do yearly maintenance for almost 10 years, and even replace an entire a/c unit, and every time, the techs have had just the right mix of friendliness and professionalism. They are efficient, competent, and right in line with other companies prices. Top notch all the way!

We contacted Day & Night based upon the Angie's List reviews and were not disappointed. The receptionists as well as the scheduler, Maria, were all exceptionally courteous, prompt in answering the phones and very knowledgeable. And when they said they would need to call back, they did so - and promptly. They offered to dispatch a plumber on the same day I called; however, at my request the plumber, Cameron, came the following day. I had requested that he come at or after 2 p.m. (either was fine,) but he called to ask if he could come earlier. When I told him that wouldn't be possible, he was very gracious and showed up promptly at 2 p.m. Let me add that he was very careful about covering his shoes whenever he was in the house, removing the covers when he left, and putting them back on when he re-entered, thereby keeping our floors clean. Cameron was at all times courteous, respectful and professional in his demeanor. Since we'd had this problem before, we were skeptical about accepting services, such as a camera being used to inspect the pipes/drain to see if there were other issues, but we ended up okaying doing so. Cameron asked several questions and was able to figure out why we are having this problem recur. (Not a specific problem, it seems, with our drain, but with a LOT of cat fur going through our washer, which connects to our kitchen drain. Lesson learned, now that we know!) The one issue that occurred was that Day & Night's jetting device was being fixed and didn't arrive back to Day & Night until later, and so could not be used the same day, so we scheduled a next day appointment. In the meantime, a friend recommended a licensed plumber friend of hers, and we decided to go with him, as he too could show up the next day, and he charged several hundred dollars less for the same job. He also seemed to be very knowledgeable about jetting (as was Day & Night, to be clear,) so this wasn't just a matter of our choosing the least expensive provider. To their tremendous credit, Day & Night did NOT charge us their $59 fee to go out and evaluate the problem, since we ultimately went with another provider. (If they do the work, the $59 fee is absorbed into the total cost of work done.) They said that since they did not have the equipment available (and we would have had the service done the same day if they had,) the service call was, to all intents and purposes, on them. Now, *THAT'S* being a responsible provider who does the right thing, and we appreciated them doing that - although we were prepared to pay, since we also understood that they had expended money to get to our home, and Cameron had spent, I believe, slightly over an hour with us. So, we will definitely consider them if we need future work.

Excellent. James from Day & Night contacted me to provide me an estimate on a tankless hot water tank; as I received a quote from another company. James came to my home when promised and we discussed several options including the tankless hot water tank. At the time Day & Night was running a special which was $500 less than a competitor for the same item. The install was extremely professional. I am very pleased with service that I received from Day & Night plumbing. My former plumbing was great, but Day & Night is better. I have since switched my plumbing company to Day & Night. I have used their services twice now and both times have been 5 star service. My ac unit went out over the summer and I submitted an online request late at night and received a phone call very first things the next morning. They had dispatched someone right away and he fixed the problem at very reasonable pricing in a timely manner. Yesterday I had ricki one of their technicians come out to do a routine maintenance which was apart of my warranty from my previous work that i didn’t even realize I had that’s Michelle called the prior day to tell me about and ask me if I wanted to schedule my free winter maintenance which I did and ricki was here the next day (yesterday). He was very professional and courteous and very knowledgeable. He also explained some great promotions they are currently offering which we are seriously considering. We heard about this company from our neighborhood association. They were highly recommended and now I know why. Day & Night was amazing and I would highly recommend them. It was the first time I used them and they have found a permanent customer. Troy did my install and he was fantastic. He took plenty of time to answer my questions, was professional, and expedient. In fact I will specifically request him next time I need work done. The people at their office were very responsive and friendly. The day my service was scheduled they called me to give me an update as to when to expect Troy. Overall fantastic experience!
