Cesarâ s has been our landscape maintenance company for more than two years. They do our monthly maintenance, and our previous massive weed problem hasnâ t been an issue since they started. They recently serviced our irrigation system and installed additional plants and did a great job as always.

Dear Sleeping, Thank you for your insightful and spot-on description of this person; Ceasar. We hired his company to maintain our landscaping. Ceasar jr. and I walked the grounds and agreed on a bi-monthly service fee of $145. But he wanted more. $545.00 more. (we had an arborist literally the day before cut back all trees). I explained that and twice last year we were taken by landscapers who hit you with the one-time clear out fee, then come back once or twice and you never see them again Can anyone feel me? Ceasar sends his guys out regardless, and I tell this gardener, (who is actually, Ceasar Sr.), and I want to be clear, that you should not expect anything more than the bi-monthly service of $145.00 and showed him the check, from the boss. hell, I gave him the check. So we cordially exchange intros and we chitchat, and he comprehended. I go my way he goes back to work... So the guy and his co-gardener, work for a couple of hours then split. Which is; not something that, I have not seen before. About an hour later Ceasar Jr. is at the courtyard gate. Seems Jr. has got a problem with the check. This fool is expecting $400 more. I told the guy, nope. I told him his representative understood, but here is this pompous young punk, wearing an ass hat, telling me he is going to fine me $3,000-$5,000 And he is going to sue me I told the fool,I am a lawyer, so kick rocks and he crumples the check and throws it to the ground. I am serious, you cannot make this stuff up. I find out that evening, that Ceasar, commenced blowing up my partners phone, cell,l, and work line, telling her the same bulls**t he tried on me. The only difference is she Zelles him the money! I asked her, what were you even thinking? and She said he 34 would not stop calling her phones, and it was interfering with her work Now, Mr. Cabrera will gain a thorough understanding of how real fines occur. Had he found satisfaction in just annoying, he would have faced a class 5 misdemeanor, but, because she actually coughed up the money? Now it is a class 4 felony, called extorsion, and since we are both seniors, better-figure exploitation of the elderly under threat of harm. (Ceasar, you are going to need to retain an attorney and a bondsman). Free legal advice. So his gardeners did not do a $145 bi-monthly service because they did not hedge trim anything in the backyard. Ceasar Jr. is happy because they did not do anything that would be considered a 1-time clear-out. these guys got a racket. Oh, Ceasar jr. told my partner that they would be back on the 31st to do their $545 service. How do you suppose that will work out for him? Avoid doing business with this felon.

I have been using Caesar and his company for biweekly yard service and maintaining my lawn for almost 2 years now. They have done a wonderful job of keeping my lawn green with rye and Bermuda grass alternatively. Very knowledgeable on when to switch and lawn care. They also maintain few large trees and spray down the front and backyard for spring and winter weeds. He also answers calls for emergency like when my sprinklers broke down. Very professional and prompt communication, works with you on modes of payment. Will highly recommend their services

They showed up an hour late, cannot follow directions,, price gouged, did a sloppy job, and left no receipt. Unreliable, poor performance, inequity, and very unprofessional.

They trimmed my bushes down to nothing. They did not thin out one of my plants as discussed with the person who gave me the quote.

They did everything I needed done.

Please complete the contract, and adjust the sprinklers so that our water bill is not doubled.

They completed the Job but didn't exactly what they had originally spoken of so they had to return to do it as agreed.

Caesar and his dad were terrific, on time, on budget, and did a great clean up. No Nonsense just hard work for 1.5 days. Price was middle of 3 quotes and well worth it. They communicate quickly and text back fact answers. I will be using them in the future.
