I have had monthly service from Burns Pest Elimination for many years and have never had a single problem with pest control, scheduling or customer service. Over the years their staff has always been accessible and able to solve scheduling change requests and emergency service immediately, including routine spraying, bee swarms, and termite inspections and treatment. It seems to be an extremely well-run and organized company and I highly recommend Burns to anyone looking for reliable pest control.

They did very well. I had rescheduled some times their visit. They have corrected everything and made sure everything was done right and that was a nice thing about them. Their price is average. Their quality of work is excellent because they take a lot of time for termite control. I would use them again in the future.

Workers from Burns Pest Elimination Company did a good job. They were very informative about the pest situation we had. They actually had to come back twice because we also had an issue with termites. The workers were respectful. They were knowledgeable. They were here on time. They spoke English, which I think is always a good thing. I would use them again in the future.

They did a really good job. I always work with the same gentleman. He is a nice guy and he had the house treated. He showed up after we were towards the tail end of a remodel. We actually noticed some termites and they came within 24 hours to take care of it. We have been using them for about a year. They are very experienced with what they are doing.

They have always been excellent. They are very professional and very punctual. They do what they say they are going to do. They are very good at getting rid of pests. One call was to get rid of bees and the other call was to get rid of roof rats. They are very good at what they do. They are very effective too. Their price was just fine. They treat me well and I’m going to use them again. I would use their services again in the future.

I signed a contract for a year with them at a very reasonable price. They came out and killed whatever weeds were there, and then they put a pre-emergent down. They have come out and taken care of the weeds whenever I have called them.

They come every 2 months. I like them. They are reasonably priced, especially if you want a long term service contract. They accomodate your schedule and give a call to remind you when the next scheduled service date is. The tech that normally comes wasn't able to get here on a schedule day and didn't to call to let me know.

I called twice to tell them not to come and do the work but they still came. If I was there when they came I would have stopped them. Afterwards, I got a call from a collection agency in Oregon. My experiences with them have been just terrible. I can't believe they had the nerve to send a collection company after me. I wouldn't use Burns Pest Elimination again even if they offered to come out and do the work for free. They've been such a pain in the neck.

I just started having them come out 2 or 3 months ago. They have shown up when the have been scheduled to. I have not have any problems with any bugs. They do not bill you. Instead. they knock on the door to collect and if you are not home, they catch you the next time.

They did a pretty good job spraying the outside of the home for termites because since I moved, I've never experienced any problems whatsoever with termites. I would definitely hire them again if I needed to.

They do a good job. The only thing is that we have a contract and it renews and every year. They say send in the bill with payment and they will send someone right out. They never do I have to call to schedule an appointment. Sometime when I call they don't always call me back either. I think they need to be more organized and responsive.

They have just started doing the inspections. They did a nice job with the inspection, as they found all the problems I needed to fix before I bought the house. They helped me greatly and I will use them again next time I go to purchase a rental home.
