Brandi's Mobile Bird Grooming

Brandi grooms my mom's elderly bird that has a scissor beak. She does a very good job with him. She is quick to respond when her services are again needed.

Brandi arrived on time. She was wonderful with my mom's elderly cockatiel. We were afraid he was going to be out of control by and quot;screamingand quot; and trying to get away since it has been years since he had any professional grooming. She was so gentle with him by taking her time to prevent him from stressing. He actually seemed to like this special attention. I highly recommend Brandi. They don't come any better!

Brandi arrived promptly at 11:30 as scheduled. She and her daughter carried in her equipment. She trimmed beaks and toenails, using a Dremel tool and file on our two birds and trimmed the wings on our parrotlet. She did a fine job, and birds were less stressed by not having to leave their home--especially in the heat of the day.
We definitely will call Brandi the next time our birds need this kind of attention.

I wanted someone other than me to go over my fairly-new African grey parrot, Jack, because they are notorious for being moody -- in short, I didn't want to be the one to stuff him in a crate to take him somewhere for wing/toenail/beak trimming, and I didn't want him to think I was the bad guy, so I was hoping this was the perfect solution.

Brandi did a fine job, Jack came away from the experience a little humbled but not traumatized, his beak is in good shape, his wings are now symmetrical and his toenails don't feel like message board tacks on my skin. In short, it was a perfect experience, and I will be using her services again.

This is the second time I have used Brandi to groom my birds. I have two birds and my mother-in-law has one. We've arranged it so that Brandi comes to my house and grooms all of the birds at once. After experiencing some poor groomings at other facilities, I was ecstatic to learn about Brandi and her mobile service. She is always punctual, very professional, well prepared, and most of all a fantastic bird groomer. She treats our birds very gentle and is very respectful of their needs. I'm constantly impressed with her methods of making the grooming experience comfortable for the birds. Her prices are very reasonable when it comes to a bird groom. Unfortunately, since I live so far away from her the travel charges add up … But I can honestly say that it's completely worth it! I will continue to use Brandi for grooming my birds!
