.I took advantage of Angie's List special - 2hrs of labor for $94.

Will arrived on time - did both jobs  under the allotted. He is friendly, explains things well and best of all he is a master electrician. I WILL as for WILL the next I need anything to do with Electrical Work. Thank Tou for sending him out

Just needed to have a light fixed that illuminated the house number and was installed in a curb fixture/monument. I will say first off that ATS did show up as scheduled, and notified me that they were on their way.  After checking the circuit, the electrician thought the problem was with the wiring between the house and the curb light. He gave me an estimate to run new conduit with wiring to service the light.  The two hours of electrical labor that I prepaid for was I guess, wasted.  Maybe credit the estimate with the cost of having them come out to find out that they couldn't fix it at that point. Im not sure that new conduit with new wiring was the fix and maybe the connection coming out of the conduit were bad. In hindsight, maybe I should have had them come out to give me an estimate on something I wasn't sure was the problem. Likely miscommunication on both our parts at that point.

After thinking about it, and reviewing the quote, I came up with a possible alternate solution to tie that curb light into the existing low voltage landscape lighting that was located about 15 ft away.  So I called ATS to ask to give me a price to tie into the landscape low voltage light and if  that would work.  Since their electrician had been out there and seen it, then he would understand what it would take to get it done.  Tried twice to get pricing and feedback for the solution.  No response.

I called out another electrician and they were able to connect to the landscape light as I thought for a fraction of what it would cost to run new conduit and wiring.  Not really happy with the lack of response to my situation, and the lack of follow up.

I would recommend this company to anyone. Troy was very nice and very professional. I really thought that he would only be able to get two of the items completed but he completed all three items. It took him about 2 1/2 hours but that was ok and yes he charged me for the half hour. I saw several people write that they wished this company cleaned up after themselves a little better, and that is true, but since I am paying by the hour I would much rather them complete the work and not waste my time cleaning up (well maybe if it was a big mess I would want them to clean up.

Troy arrived to complete the service. He was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, professional and explained everything to me. I initially wanted a 3rd outlet installed, but it would require adding additional holes in the wall due to the location, so I passed on that. I also wanted another exterior light added, but again, it will require a good bit of additional work to complete. The home is older and has a flat roof, so makes the electrical work more complicated. I was very happy with the work that he did complete and how he explained everything else to me. Highly recommend!

I had a switch that was not working and heating up the wall. I purchased the Big Deal and scheduling was easy--they responded the same day to set up a date and time of 7am.
The technician arrived exactly at 7am, was very friendly and repaired the problem. I would certainly call them again in the future!

Every touch point I had along the way with ATS was flawless.  The appointment met our requested day and time needs, Troy was our technician, and he called when he was on his way and even arrived a few minutes early.  He performed an assessment on all three items, and actually recommended we not go ahead with one of them - due to limited need but substantial expense.  He was able to quickly and efficiently perform the other repairs, and he took the time to loop back with me on what he had done to repair the items.  He left his card, and the next day, I had a follow-up question, so I sent him an email, and he responded within about an hour - even though it was Saturday.  Bravo!

Troy showed up on time and was very courteous and professional.  He was fast, friendly, and did an excellent job.  Troy has worked in our home before through Angie's List with another company and I was delighted to see him again with ATS.  Will definitely recommend company and Troy in the future, plus have him return when we need an electrician again.

They were super fast and on time. I bought two hours worth of electrical for I believe $99.00. They were done in about 20 minutes. Although I could not get a refund the company, they did state they would work with me on our next service. That seemed more than fair to me.

They did a great job

Serviceman arrived on time and completed the task earlier than the 2 hour contracted offer. He did however need to acquire a part during the service call and was billed separately for it.

Nick walked around with me as I explained his jobs. He did a great job. I did not have to keep checking on him and explaining multiple times what I wanted done as I have had to do with other vendors. I was able to leave him to get the job done and wait for the next phase.

He was fast but did not give up efficiency.  He hooked up a double oven, installed a timer for our spa and investigated an errant outlet.  He explained what he did and actually checked to verify the job prior to any turnover to me. We are very pleased with the work he did.

We have made arrangements with him to return in a month or so to rewire the faulty outlets that we have had numerous issues with.

You will not have to worry about this gentleman doing a professional job for you. I have every confidence he is the same with all of his customers.

Remodeled bathroom and wanted to have a light of each sink instead of the one light in the middle.  He called and said he was running  ahead of time and asked if he could come early.  I said I was at work and my husband wouldn't be home for a few hours.  He said no problem.  Texted him back and said he could come at 1:30 instead of two.  He said perfect.  So he got there at 1:30 and got right to work.  He was done in less than an hour with that project and said what else do you got.  So I had him add an extra outlet in my daughters bedroom so we could mount her TV.  He did a great job.  Definitely feel like I got my time and money's worth.

Great work!  Very professional and efficient.  I had a free estimate from another company for over $1000 for the same job! I will certainly use this company and Angie's List again!

He arrived on time and the work was done satisfactorily.  It would have been nice if he had removed the stick-on label on one of the fixtures and if he had taken away the old fixtures, however, overall I was satisfied.

My technician Will was excellent,he was courteous and professional.He came at promised time and listened carefully to my description of the problem. He went right at it diagnosed the problem and repaired it. We had some time left over so Will went and examined all exterior electrical fixtures including the breaker box,to make sure everything was in working order. A job well done. Would use ATS again. I'm remodeling a Master Suite wall and had a bunch of 3-way switches that needed to be relocated.  Due to a work issue I was running behind and asked ATS the day before the scheduled appointment if it was possible to reschedule for a day later and they were able to accommodate me.  The technician even called me that night to confirm that I had moved the appointment as he didn't want to miss it if it was a misunderstanding between the him, the office, and me.  I confirmed and explained.

The tech, Troy, was on time.  After a quick review of the project we realized that he had done electrical work for me last year when he was with previous company and that had gone really well, so working with him again was a pleasure.

Troy relocated and converted a 3-gang box into a 4-gang box and ran wire to a new switched outlet.  Normally I'd have done this myself, but all three of the existing switches were 3-ways, so best to get someone who know what they're doing.  Glad I did because after all the wiring was put back together one of the switches kept tripping the circuit breaker.  Turns out a ground wire wasn't back far enough in the box and was an easy fix.  If it had been me and I'd even gotten this far I'd probably not figured that out for a long time.  Glad Troy knew what to look for.

Excellent prompt efficient service!  Called ATS in early AM and technician Will came out by early afternoon.   Very impressed with ATS!  Will explained things very well.  Very reasonable prices.  Definitely recommend and will use them again when needed.
