Very badly. I called three times to get an appointment. When i finally was given one I waited 3 hours and no one showed. I called the company and was told that they remembered making the appointment but could not find it.

The electrician immediately told me he was leaving the company the following week. He installed the timer switches, and programmed them (supposedly) but none of them were programmed as I had requested. I believe he sabotoged all of his programming since he was leaving ATS (or perhaps being fired/let go). He also charged me at a higher rate than was quoted on Angie's List. I did call ATS and they immediately refunded the difference.

Problem was fixed without any additional charges.

Wonderful. I always call ATS for electrical service.

They did the installation and did it really well. It looks nice but there was some drywall dust left from the hole in my ceiling that I had to clean up.

I am still waiting for a resonse and refund from Angie's list and the company. The guy called said he was late but was coming. I changed by whole day to accommodate their schedule and he no-showed, didn't even call and didn't answer when I called him. Office called the following week to reschedule. I requested a refund and haven't heard from them or Angie's list. I WOULD NOT use them.

Job was completed. All work was done professionally .

It went very well. The technician was excellent and knowledgeable and the whole project completed to my satisfaction.

he left my bathroom sink countertops a MESS. There was drywall dust and pieces of drywall all over the place. I should have removed my items like perfume, toothbrush and whatnot before he started working had I known he would not cover this area or ask me to remove my personal items. I feel if you do the work you clean up your mess. He left a huge hole in the drywall. I know he is the electrician but I feel if he was more careful the hole would have been smaller and easier to patch. He was also very to the appointment and acted indifferent about that, he took only the top portion off the fluorescent lights. he checked the outlet and said the top plug was ok it was "hot" and worked using the light switch.

The workman called and was able to come a bit early. He quickly took care of the problem and was very polite and professional.

Very well. Will was very professional and tenacious with his tasks.

Initially electrician merely walked back and forth as if he could not figure where the problem was. We knew that the first guy did not attach a particular wire that came with the sensor unit. I knew I had a 2-3 pole sensor, But he insisted that we needed a new sensor after about 90 minutes because the one attached was faulty. He was authorized to go to the box store and purchase what was need to fix the problem and we were up charged for the purchase plus an additional 30 service cost. I'm not surprised about the up charge but I feel that he wasted time deliberately to charge for more than the 2 hours that was purchased through Angie's list.

The lights look great and are well secured which he tested to insure they operated correctly (dusk to dawn). I figured 30 mins. a fixture but he completed everything in about 1.5 hrs and he could of done more for me but I wasn't prepared so you might want to make sure you have enough projects for him if you buy their deal package. I want to put in ceiling fans, recessed lighting etc.; I will definitely use this company for all my electrical work (also have rentals). The lady in the office is super nice and helpful too. I am elated when I get this kind service and quality workmanship at a excellent price point and I want to spread the good word.

All done with speedy professionalism and the follow up was phenomenal. I would hire ATS back for any and all electrical work to be done. I give them a Triple AAA rating.

Perfect. Easy job - good work.

Very detailed and asked lots of questions to avoid variables during the project. Quality and attention to detail was incredible. Very polite and clean. Job started on time and finished earlier than date given. Everything works great and I am very pleased.

Electrician was finished in under one hour. However, he did not complete the work on two outlets. I called the office to reschedule and the problems were corrected.

Had to come out twice (didn't charge for 2nd visit) to get it fixed permanently.

The team was professional, on time and cleaned up after they were finished.
