They were quick and efficient, and they did a great job. The man was quite competent, and I didn't have to be present during the installation. Ultimately, everything went well.

the service was excellent, we called for an estimate, they sent a technician out very quickly, he was helpful in deciding color, type, quality of doors. gave us a great price. We scheduled the install, they arrived right on time, the work area was neat and clean, the screen doors are fantastic. I will be using them again for future home projects.

I had a great experience with Arizona Sunscreen. They called me back quickly after I placed my initial call, and sent someone out within a few days to measure my windows. Del came out and was very friendly and professional. He talked to me about screens, discussed which windows needed only bug screens and which windows would benefit from sunscreens. He measured all my windows, and gave me options for sunscreen colors and frames. He sat down and wrote up an estimate, and there was no pressure whatsoever to commit right then, although I did go ahead and order them as I was very happy with Del and the quote. My screens were ready within less than a week, and were installed right away, while I was at work. I came home and they looked perfect, and I love having them on my windows after a year in my house without anything on my windows. So nice to let fresh air in!

Del was very knowledgable about every type of screen and frame. He explained how their frames were made. He was not a pushy salesman! He helped me pick out frame and screen colors that would compliment my home. The installation went quickly and I have been very satisfied. I was most impressed when I called on 2 different occasions about screens on my bedroom windows that rattled when it was windy. Both times Del came out the next day and fixed the rattles. That's good customer service!

All phone calls were returned in a timely manner and as promised. Del came to perform the estimate. He was professional and knowledgeable.He called prior to the scheduled installation date to say that his installer wasn't available that day, but asked if he could come a day earlier to do the installation himself. I was impressed with the quality of the screens they built. As Del had explained they build better quality screens than come from the factory. Now seeing them on my home I agree ! They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone needing services from their company.

Mike, the owner, came out and did the measurements as well as giving us a written quote. We needed to pay 1/2 down, up front.Two weeks latery his company came back out and installed what they made. Del came out and measured every one of my windows and doors and plotted out customized solar screens. He took the time to go over the various options, showed samples and discussed how to best approach some of the oddly shaped window frames in my house (windows set in stucco at various depths), a sliding glass door with limited clearance and two doors that had no channels for screens. He also custom crafted a screen around a small window air conditioner I installed to supplement the main HVAC system in the home. He executed the entire installation within a couple hours and we literally watched the inside of the house dim on the interior as he worked. I swear it felt cooler the second the first screen went up.. Kudos on the prompt installation and very competitive pricing. Will use again / recommend to anyone in need of screens.

Del was responsive from the very beginning. His bid was not the least expensive, however, he was far and away the most knowledgable and professional so we choose Arizona Sun Screen on that basis. Work was wll done on time and and on budget through every appointment.We recommend him highly.

I recently purchased the home and it had old window screens,.many were damaged, some missing. I called Arizona Sun Screen and they recommended sending one of their to evaluate the situation and give me a qoute. The technician arrived on time and was very helpful. I told him what I wanted and he showed me sample screen material. I ended up getting 90% sun screen screen on my south facing living room window as I planed. I also ended up getting 80% sun screen on my dining room window after he pointed out the privacy it would provide. I had them install regular bug screen on all the other windows. I told him I was unhappy with the way the current screens were very difficult to remove to clean the windows. He suggested installing the new screens on the outside of the window frames. He also said they would use wider frame material so the screens will be less prone to bending damage. This has worked out very well and made washing the windows much easier. He wrote up a qoute. I felt the price was fair and gave him the go ahead. He requested a deposit of approximately 50%. He qouted approximately 2 weeks to make the screens. He was back in 2 weeks and did an excellent job installing the new screens. The quality of the screen is excellent. He removed the old screens. All in all I am very satisfied and happy with the new screens. I definitely recommend this company. One last thing, at no time did he try and sell anything more than I asked for and was never push me to place the order which I appreciated.

Returned call promptly after initial request for quote. Mike came out for estimate. Very professional, answered all questions. Promised sun screens and new screen patio door in two weeks. We did have to call when two weeks came and went, but it was just a misunderstanding, they thought we were going to pick up. But within a day we received a call back and the installer was here on Monday when promised, Was very personable, done quickly and made sure everythng was working properly before he left. Made sure we knew about warranty and to call if any problems.

We brought in a variety of different insect screens that had damaged screens and in one case also a damaged frame. The service was fast 24h trunaround time), reliable and very professional. They called when the work had been completed and the screens were ready for pick-up.

Excellent. Arrived when they said they would. Day of install, worker was going to be 20 min. past promised time-called and was there w/in the 20 min. Had good suggestions for two large windows with a single, rather than two, screens. Look is much improved as a result. Replaced old hardware on all windows. Worked with us on screens on the courtyard that keep cats in-only had screens out less than 24 hrs. Promised time from when old frames were taken to install of new screening and screens 3 weeks-was only 1 1/2 wks. Installer efficient. Took old screens. On palladium windows suggested we use old frames as new ones would be very costly. Overall, very pleased with this vendor.

The experience was excellent. Del Paul is a great representative, he is very experiened. He not only gave the estimate but he also installed. He did eveyrthing absolutely perfectly beautiful. They were price competitive and did excellent work. I'm talking about Del Paul, I don't know about the rest of the company as far as how they are, I liked how he came out and measured and came and put them in. He was totally responsible with the way they set and looked. He represented the company extremely well.

Through Angie's List, I found Arizona Sun Screen. When I called, I was treated with the utmost respect. An inital visit was scheduled promptly. Del Paul, the sales agent, was excellent. After explaining my options, he did his measurements and gave the price on the spot. The cost was reasonable and the installation date occurred within two weeks. I ordered and received sunscreens for all the windows and exterior doors in my home. The installer, Tom, did a high quality job and I was most pleased with the outcome. A couple of weeks later, I locked myself out of my house and had to tear part of the screen to get to my door latch. I called the company and the next day Del fixed it at no charge. I especially appreciated their customer service as well as their quality product. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for sunscreens for their residential propery. A+ service from begining to end.

We were scheduled for a Saturday, and the crew came out on time and performed the work. They did a good job. We appreciated the scheduling flexibility that we were offered - Saturdays work best for us. I thought the price was a bit high, but went with AZ Sun Screens due to Mike and the reviews from Angies List. The integrity of a business is very important to us. We are happy we used this company, and will be getting an estimate from them on future work we would like to have done on our patio.

I got three bids from similar vendors. they were the most expensive, but well worth the extra cost. they came out, and measured the windows, suggested the materials to be used, and gave me an exact cost of materials, and installation. they were curteous, and competant. I told them I wanted to wait until the end of April, or early May for installtion - the shades were installed on May 2nd.

Provided a timely estimate and cost was competitive for the quality of the materials. Delivered as promised a few weeks later, service was excellent and the installed was very professional and easy to deal with.

They matched the existing frame perfectly. Not the easiest job as the original is 45 years old and the house has settled so much. Super job!

I got two estimates for this job and stuck to those whose primary business was screens. Cost wise, both companies were within a few dollars of one another. The appointment for the estimate was on time to the minute, friendly and professional. All of my questions were addressed and my choice as to type and color was made. I advised that I would call to go ahead with making the screens as the trim on the house was being painted and I wanted to make sure that was finished and there would not be any changes. I called and placed the order a few days later which required a 50% deposit. We scheduled installation the day after painters were gone. They went out of their way to arrive a bit earlier than scheduled as I had another appointment soon after. Fifteen minutes later all three screens were installed (I had them screwed to the window frame) and I was on my way. They look great and really help with that east side sun. I was very pleased with the entire experience.
